1- have your file in jpg - png or gif

2- rename it to what you want

3- copy it here : steamapps\common\Happy Engine\Happy Engine_Data\Image

4- open the game and go to the photo list located on the right corner

5- find your photo and click on it

6- solve it

7- after done you will see a steam icon at the very end of right corner click on it


8- choose name and select if its normal and R18 (NSFW) you can move the photo for the preview

9 click on upload


10- go to the workshop and add other stuff from there
