It's rally points.
Less time walking more time fighting.

Using Engineers you can build rally points.
Don't build rally points far away from the objective unless the rally point is going to be used as a flank. As long as the rally point is closer to the objective than the spawn point, it will help immensely.

Your team is attacking/defending a Normandy map and you are unable to attack/defend the objective effectively and are losing tickets/sectors.
You put them close to the objective with the most cover in between the Rally point and the Objective while also making sure the point is not too close to the objective to hide it better.
Be creative with where your rally points are and how you are going to defend it, since all it takes for an enemy to destroy it is one bullet.

Help your teammates out by getting them fighting faster
ps: be mindful of them too (especially in tank combat)
