open GameUserSettings and go down and change the settings like this:









You also can set EffectQuality to 4 but it looks to blurry for me, i let it unchanged.
ShadowQuality set to 4 is the max it didnt looks any better, same for ViewDistanceQuality.
You can also set ResolutionSacle to 200% if your PC is powerful enought.

Most noticale about it are way higher draw distance (specially gras distance is now completey full there and also in background more details because of higher LOD/draw distance) and more sharper picture quality and also full reflections, it was super weak in default but now fully there!
