Portrait of Ruin infinate quests rewards guide.
By Sirus_Kishire
This bug/gltich/exploit existed all the way back in the original DS version of the game and works just the same.

Any of Wind's Quests can be backed out of and resubmitted to gain duplicate rewards for easy selling to the vendor npc a room away, or in the case of stat boosting rewards (HP, MP) can be use to boost them to the limit with just a few minutes of soft grinding.

The Method:

Step 1: Have a quest completed so it shows as Green in the quest list.

Step 2: Press accept once, then again so the text box says you Received ______ quest reward.

Step 3: Back out of the screen by pressing your menu button (Start or equivalent on your respective controller) and then talk to Wind again

Step 4: If done properly and a 3rd press of A/X you'll see the quest is still there to turn in again

Step 5: Repeat as many times as you want, Easy muscle memory to do over and over, Up, A, A, Start, Repeat

Step 6: Profit! Items stack up to 9 in your inventory but even the first quest that rewards the bullet punch weapon can be sold a few times to buy out some of the mid range item upgrades and alternate weapons and spells from the shop to get a head start.

Since this is the collection there is rewind enabled, so if you accidentally fully turn in the quest rewind back to before that point and do it over again.

Doing this does enable some wild balance ruining if done early on, or could just be seen as a time saver instead of going back and forth between two screens hitting a lamp to farm money if that is all you are after.

This exploit was never fixed on EU version.

It works in the EU version

This exploit was patched out of EU/PAL releases and later versions, and some folks might be playing the PAL versions in this collection to avoid the other malicious bugs and crashes that release fixed. It's worth testing to see if the exploit works in each version aside from just the U.S. one.
