How to stretch the screen in PUBG

The default settings may not provide the resolution required for the game, for example, a common problem among professional PUBG gamers with a stretched screen resolution of 1728x1080 pixels. If your video card does not have such a preset, then adding it will not be difficult. Below we will tell and demonstrate how to stretch the screen.

Exit the game and right-click to bring up the context menu. If you are using Windows 11, select "Advanced display settings" and open "Control Panel Nvidia :

Select the section "Change resolution" select the display and click on the "Settings" button.

Next, select the checkbox "Enable modes not offered by the display" and click the button "Create custom resolution".

The final step in setting up is to determine the resolution. For example, we will use a screen resolution of 1728 by 1080 pixels. First, enter 1728 in the "Horizontal Pixels" field, and then click the "Test" button. In the message that appears, select "Yes" and click the "OK" button.

Go to PUBG graphics settings and select the newly created screen resolution of 1728x1080 pixels, then click the "Apply" button.

It is clear to the naked eye that not only is the resolution increased, but the models are also expanded, making it easier to hit targets when shooting.

Briefly
  • Go to the Nvidia control panel

  • Select "Change resolution"

  • Check "Enable modes not offered by the display"

  • Click the "Create custom resolution" button

  • In the "Horizontal pixels" column, enter 1728

  • Click the "Test" button > "Yes" > "OK"

  • Launch PUBG and in the "Graphics" section, select the screen resolution "1728x1080".
