Also thank you very much! That was indeed the problem! There was actually nothing toggled inside the Radmin firewall tab...I manually added the executable and it worked!
Windows Firewall do be strange like in the actual firewall settings there was an entry for the executable but it seems as though that wasn't enough.

Anyways I believe you did almost everything correctly because the connection type is showing up and you are both connected to the same radmin server.
Now there's a option in radmin vpn under system-firewall exceptions. Make sure you have all aps toggled on. If that doesn't work, untoggle all aps and try addinng the clone campaigns exe manually, it should be the battlegrounds_x1.exe, located in the Steam\steamapps\common\STAR WARS - Galactic Battlegrounds Saga\Game folder.
Try this and let me know.
If you play on voobly or installed any sort of mod or anything, you can try reinstalling the game and then try again, it is possible that IPX wrapper is not compatible with other methods.
