The first large chest is located near the coin district (here)
Having moved there, we will need to go forward, and at the first turn to the right, we will notice a wall along which we can climb up, we climb up it and up the stairs
On the roof, in one of the corners (on the right) there will be a conveniently located climb, climb up, jump to the other roof and immediately turn right
Having jumped over, we do not go to the left, as the game balcony suggests. We immediately turn right and go around the turret on the roof, behind which there will be a broken window
as soon as we enter the room, there will be a primitive activation of the passage through the shelves with books and our chest nearby

For this chest we need to come to Dellamorte's domain.
This can be done as follows:
we need to get to this point on the map and cross the bridge
As we crossed the bridge, we meet some Antaam's soldiers with High Armor. (It means we on the right route)
We need to defeat them and go furhter. (Left side of the place, left corner)
There we need to find the Wolf Statue, acrivate it and go on the direction, which wolf will show to us.
We need to go further until we reach the gardens.
In the garden itself there will be a small test with moving statues, for this we will need Lucanis in the squad or a dagger. In any case, the challenge is not difficult. First, activate two portals in the middle (with the help of Lucanis). Climb into the very center on two large statues (looks like birds). Press the levers. Then jump off and activate all the other portals in a circle. Hidden statues appear from the portals, we place those that are in the garden on them. I will attach screenshots below with the direction of the statues and their location that we need.

There's nothing to write about here, everything is extremely easy.
Teleport to the gates of lost time. (The shopkeeper's shop, which opens after the additional quest to sell relics for the Venatori)
Behind her we see a wall, activate it with Solas' dagger.
Inside is a large chest with an upgrade for Lucanis' jacket.
