Fixing SART initial startup and performance issues

If you are having issues starting your game and or running it at a smooth and consistent 60 fps then this is a quick way to fix your game and relieve it from those problems.

Resort to the video linked below for greater detail

https://youtu.be/uriB5MaRT_E

Steps for what you need to do
  1. Browse local files and delete the installscript.vdf file in the game folder - This fixes the launching issue.
  2. Open Launcher.exe, go advanced graphics and enable vsync.
  3. Depending on what graphics card you have this part may be a little different for you. If you have an nvidia gpu like I do open Nvidia Control Panel and from there click "Manage 3D Settings." Then Click "Program Settings"
  4. Add the program titled asn_app_pcdx9_final.exe after that scroll down to "Maximum Frame rate" and change that to 60. You shall make it lower if you really want to However Do not go higher than 60 or you may run into a lot of stuttering.

Now your game should launch properly and run way smoother.
Let me know if this helped you at all and or if I need to change anything.

@MegaSmash185 i'm not sure if you got the solution but here's what worked for me.

Right-click the Launcher .exe, select Properties → Compatibility, set it to Windows 7 or 8, then click Apply.

much better, i thought that it was the frames making it feel slow mo glad this helped. your pretty much just capping the game to 60 cause any game before 2012 rums like ass above it

It doesn't work, did everything but nothing changes, it might have to do with the resolution but the launcher doesn't give me options

So is there another way to open the configuration menu? i try the normal way but nothing happens, launching the game works fine now but it just wont let me configure it.

The only thing that i am having issues with is the nvidia graphics card i don't have one and i still am confused on how people play theirs at 60fps with or without the card but honestly should the card be required when i play the game with or without it running at 60 fps?
