Big thanks to Kinja himself who helped me out a bunch!
Endings
The main game has 5 possible endings based on how you perform on each scenario.

The Inevitable End
Get Ending I.

You get this on the 5th day if you dont spell the Angels correct name when it asks for your plea.

This is My Home
Get Ending II.

You get this when you spell the correct name of the angel on the 5th day. In order to get that name you need to get the good ending on each scenario, after each the ugly fairy tells you one part of the name. Combine all 3 in the end to spell the angels correct name.

Natural Talent
Get Ending II on your first playthrough.

You really dont want to miss this one! Ive tried out multiple things to get this after missing it, the game really wants to keep your saves and progress, even after deleting the 'saves' folder in the games directory. What worked for me was to turn off steam cloud saves for the game and installing it on a completely different device on which i never played before. It still showed my achievement progress in the options menu but it worked regardless. You know you have a chance when you open the game and the DLC button on the bottom right of the menu isnt present.
If anyone knows of a better way of doing it please state it in the comments, i would highly appreciate it.

Servant No More
Get Ending III.

For this you need to get the 'RITUAL' Scenario on day 4 where you need to get rid of the eyeball on your hand (and your entire body). You need to get the bad ending in this scenario and then finish day 5 where you get alternative dialogue as in ending 1.

THE FOURTH DAY
THE FOURTH DAY

A bit more ominous as the other endings, this one occurs on the 4th day scenario 'ETERNITY'. For this you need to solve the puzzle with the breaker box and get to the attic where you find the small entity but tell it to "Get out" which will reset the day once again. Repeat this three times and you get this ending.

Bozos Wasted!
Get Ending V.

This one is a bit more involved, it starts with the day 3 scenario 'EMMA'. When you keep chatting with Emma till youre past all dialogues youll get a secret code: KINJAKO101493 which, once entered into the laptop, makes you enter 'Super Emma Mode' upon the next day. Finishing this alternative day gives you ending 5.

My Name is Wicke
Get every ending.

You get this after getting all 5 endings mentioned above. 'Natural Talent' is excluded from this one.

A Wonderful Life
Get the good ending to every scenario.

To get this the easiest way enter the scenario picker code on day 1 so you can choose the scenarios you havent done yet. You can look at the devs guide if youre stuck on a day. This achievement doesnt involve the scenarios added by the DLC.

A Living Hell
Get the bad ending to every scenario.

Opposite to the previous achievement, its usually easier to get the bad ending to each scenario.
The bad ending for the 'ETERNITY' scenario is the same as the 'THE FOURTH DAY' ending, which is required for this.
This one also doesnt involve the DLC scenarios.

Another Day
Get the true ending to Another Day.

This is for the 'Another Day' DLC which you unlock after getting 'ENDING II' in the base game. This is for getting the good ending in the 'Another Day' scenario.

A Life Worth Living
Get the good ending to every original scenario in the game, every new scenario, the true ending to Another Day.

Basically an updated version to the 'A Wonderful Life' achievement to include the DLC scenarios.
The DLC scenarios are 'BUTCHER' on day 2, 'GNOMES' on day 3 and 'DUNGEON' on day 4, as well as the true ending to the 'Another Day' scenario.

This and the next one didnt immediately pop for me but after starting a new game and finishing the first day!

Such a Miserable Life
Get the bad ending to every original scenario in the game, every new scenario, both ending bad endings to Another Day.

Again, the opposite to the previous one. For the 'GNOMES' scenario it only requires one of the 2 bad endings for this, but it requires both bad endings in the 'Another Day' scenario.
You get 'ENDING I' by having the wrong radio channel on when confronting the Ogre in a room and 'ENDING II' when youre confronting the Ogre in the basement without having picked up the candies from under the bathroom sink.
Scenario Specific
These are for doing certain objectives in each scenario. Theres usually at least one achievement per scenario. Ill be ordering them based on day.

Day 2 Scenarios

Exterminator
Get the good ending to the RATS scenario after choosing to kill them.

In order to get this youll need to pick up the shovel from the living room, the Borid Acid from the bathroom and the chocolate from the fridge. You need to get the acid first before you can find the chocolate in the fridge. Go to the basement and use the workbench to combine the chocolate with the acid, then go to the bedroom and decide to kill the rats. Choose the poison and the shovel and the rest of the day gives you the achievement.

Black Thumb
Feed every plant the wrong item in the PLANTS scenario.

Youll need to find all 5 ingredients throughout the house and feed them in the following order:
1. Plant Food, 2. Mouse, 3. Spider, 4. Salmon, 5. Coffee

A Familiar Scene
Get the good ending in the MOTHER scenario.

Pretty straight forward, you need to get the hairpins from the sink in the bathroom, the lighter from the nightstand in the bedroom and the bottle of vodka from the fridge in the kitchen. Kill all the baby spiders, go to the basement and deal with the big spider.

Seconds
Get the bad ending to the BUTCHER scenario while in the kitchen after getting attacked in the kitchen during Day 1.

This requires the DLC! On day 1 when youre in the kitchen preparing a meal you can interact with the knife block which can prompt an entity to attack you. After getting attacked you need to get the 'BUTCHER' scenario on day 2, you can use the scenario picker to guarantee that. Here you need to hide in the kitchen, check for the entity breathing and when you hear it, leave the hiding place to get attacked again which gives you the achievement.

Day 3 Scenarios

Best Pals
Complete all of Emma's topics in the EMMA scenario.

Quite straightforward, in the 'EMMA' scenario you can chat with Emma. Just exhaust all the dialogues with her and you get this.

Emma Fanatic
Complete all of Emma's topics in the EMMA scenario, get the good ending to the EMMA scenario and beat Super Emma Mode.

2 of those conditions we have already met by talking with Emma and getting the 5th ending, to get the good ending for the 'EMMA' scenario you need the candles from the basement and the photo from the bedroom. You need to hold the sceance in the living room and pick the 2nd and 5th symbol.

Employee of the Month
Get every question correct in the TRAINING scenario.

For this you need to pick all the obvious answers during the normal section and do exactly the opposite of what the entity tells you. In the end rate the experience 'Strongly Agree' and youre done.

Radiohead
Listen to every radio broadcast in the RADIO scenario.

This can be a bit deceiving at first, youll have to keep listening to the radio untill it turns itself off. After all the regular broadcasts it will just repeat "Arm yourself" 10 times which throws most people off. Just keep on listening to the radio till it says that Wicke knows too much, youll get it afterwards.

Bury a Friend
Get the alternative bad ending to the Gnome scenario.

This requires the DLC! For this you need to give each gnome the correct offering but you need to lock up the wrong gnome. The correct offerings are:
1. Hairpins, 2. Candy Bar, 3. Sleeping Mask, 4. Water, 5. Nails
The traitor Gnome is the 2nd one.

Day 4 Scenarios

Clogged
Allow the [???] to grow to its full size during the DRAIN scenario.

For this the easiest way is to go to the living room and to check the television, it gives you a "Timer Count". By leaving and entering rooms this will increaes by 1 each time. When this counter says "TOO LATE" go into the kitchen and you get this achievement.
Secrets and Miscellaneous
These are achievements which are related to secret codes on the laptop.

Hello!
Find the message from the developer.

For this youll have to enter the code KINJA into the laptop.

Secret Keeper
Unlock and activate both the original secret codes.

The first code is the one you get from finishing Emmas dialogues which is: KINJAKO101493
The second code unlocks when you get the good ending from the DLC which unlocks the scenario picker. The code is KINJAKO022920
Both codes have to be entered on the same day for the achievement to unlock.

Mein Gott!
Read the entirety of "The Angel of Odd."

For this you need to enter Angel into the laptop which gives you a story written by Edgar Allan Poe.
Read (or skip) through the entire thing to get this achievement.

Dungeon Master
Beat the free-play version of The Last Dungeon 10 times in one play session.

The Free-Play mode is tied to a secret code. You can find the code by going to the top left corner of the Overworld map in 'The Last Dungeon'. Theres a creature that wants to trade your items for the code. The code in question is KINJAKO254980
After typing in the code on the laptop you can play the free-play version of 'The Last Dungeon' which is similar to the one on day 4 but theres more items and the required ones change each playthrough. Beat it 10 times in one session (dont close the laptop) for this achievement.

Secret Master
Unlock and activate every secret code in the game.

For this we need to activate all 4 secret codes in the game, we already found 3:
  • Super Emma Mode: KINJAKO060923
  • Scenario Select: KINJAKO022920
  • Free-play Dungeon: KINJAKO254980
The last one you can find in the 'ETERNITY' scenario on day 4. For this you have to repeat the day 15 times, on which you get the code out of nowhere. Fastest way is to skip all dialogues and head straight to bed everyday. The code unlocks the mystery skull which gives you up to 2 hints per day.
The code is KINJAKO040524
After entering all codes atleast once you get this one.

Not Yet.
You found something you shouldn't have.

This video provides a hint with a picture which can be found on the Developers art page[artofleejackson.com].
The achievements picture is part of the artwork.

Ill put the following steps in spoilers in case you want to figure it out for yourself.
The title of the Artwork is My Name is a Series of Clicks Over the Soundwaves
This is a hint to the radio in the 'Another Day' scenario which has a few channels which arent important to the main objective.
The symbol of channel 103.3 kinda resembles the horned figure from the artwork and the achievement picture, its also spitting out a morse code.
Deciphering the morse code gives you 3 words which needs to be rearranged a bit, but it should easily make sense.
The final name and code you have to enter into the laptop is 'Saint van Judah'

You can only pick one DLC scenario per playthrough for some reason, so you have to pick a non-dlc scenario on the days before to be able to pick the dlc scenarios on the later days. Hope this helped
Hello Jabberwork,

Do you know how to access the other scenarios from the DLC on days 3 and 4? I can only get the butcher's scenario from the scenario picker. Are there conditions to unlock the other DLC scenarios that I am unaware of?
