ill teach u how to actually win a game:

-first find a team u like it can be anything, real, barca, bayern (my choice)
-sign defensive minded players like de ligt, palhinha, or pavard
-gegenpressing. most important part of ur playstyle should be a press, have multiple, 2-3 players on another one when not in posession, and actually push ur fullbacks up when attacking, since they help out, e.g: davies and stanisic is my rb, lb, so when u get the ball push them up the field so davies or stani can get the ball and put a cross in, or just pass around until u find an opening in the other teams defense
-take it slow, no need to panic if you concede, ive came back from 3-0 losses to 4-3 wins its not hard when you focus and not panic
-even if you lose there is so much to win, unless its a final
-if it is a game that can go to extra time, try not bringing it, but if it does, start going with a more attacking formation
formations i recommend:
- 4-2-3-1 very balanced, 4 defenders is all you need, 2 cdms one can focus on passing other on defending, 4 attackers 1 striker thats hopefully fast
- 3-5-1-1 not actually in the game, but u can make it urself and it works really well, just make sure that 1 person from that midfield tracks back when defending, overall good attacking
- 4-1-3-2 again just like the 4-2-3-1 but a bit more attacking because of the 2 strikers, very good attacking
- 5-3-2 very good for ultra defense, if its the 80+ minute and ur leading 1-0 u should actually use this to defend
