Kuuyo : For making all of this publicly available.

GEUndub by MHVuze :[github.com] This was a really solid base for the program, but as it was in C# and Kuuyo codes in C++, he pretty much had to rewrite almost from scratch, good thing is that he could at least use the logic behind it and might not have been able to complete this without it.

QuickBMS by Luigi Auriemma :[aluigi.altervista.org] He even had a script specifically for GE, this is what Kuuyo used to unpack the PC and VITA files, so without it he wouldn't have known the structure of the files or even have been able to get a hold of the VITA JP voice files.

NUS3BANK editor by DanSyor :[github.com] The VITA cutscene voice files were in NUS3BANK files, this is what Kuuyo used to get them out of there.

vgmstream :[github.com] Helped a lot with various audio testing and converting.
Installation
please follow these instructions as written below.

  • Before proceeding any further, make sure that the game is not installed on the C drive as that can cause the patching to screw up on some PC's.

  • Download the files linked

  • Extract the Cutscene.rar file and after extraction, copy the extracted data folder to the game's root directory i.e the "God Eater Resurrection" folder.

You will be prompted with a small window and in that you have to click on the replace option and let the files be replaced.
  • Next extract the ed_ge.rar file and after extraction, copy the extracted data folder once again to the game's root directory.

  • Extract the GEJPV_2_13b.rar file and after extraction, copy the data_Index.txt and the GEJPV application file to the game's root directory.

  • Then extract the JPV_GER.rar file and after extraction, copy the extracted JPV_GER folder to the game's root directory.

  • Now come to your game's root directory i.e inside the God Eater Resurrection folder and there, click on the GEJPV application file. an command prompt window should open.
  • In the Command prompt window, make sure to select the option to patch only for one subtitle language.

  • If you are playing with English subtitles then you should press the 0 key and then the Enter key on your keyboard to start the patching process.

  • The patching process should start. it will take quite a long while to complete which I am saying based on how much time it took for me, which was more than two hours. once its complete, there should be a message displayed in the command prompt window saying that Patching is done.

Press the Enter key to close the command prompt window.

  • Now inside the God Eater Resurrection folder, create a new folder and move the bin.qpck and data.qpck files into this new folder.

  • Then rename the new_bin.qpck file to bin.qpck and rename the new_data.qpck file to data.qpck

(Be careful when renaming and do not to type in .qpck as well. that is the extension of the file and its give in this instruction just for understanding purpose.)

The files should be named bin and data. exactly the same name as the two files that you moved into the new folder in the previous step before.
