After the first purple fog encounter, you have to go up a ramp and parkour on some ledges to get to the second encounter (where you'd then go further to the WEST WING).

RIGHT BEFORE you initiate the second encounter, you need to get on this ledge on the other side of the wall:

Keep going until you hit a split, first you wanna go left and hit this red lever here:

Text will pop up saying "Seek the gate with the lonely torch"

Then you'll wanna go to the other side of the split and the gate ahead will be open:

Hit the second red lever and you'll open up the next encounter on the path

It's a pretty simple straight shot forward after this, you'll eventually finish the final encounter and the Sigil Room will open for thee

Keep this door in mind though, it's important later in your journey and you'll eventually have to come back here again...
