If you meant that you installed webfishing onto an external hard drive and are looking for the %appdata% for the external hard drive, the answer is there is no %appdata% for an external hard drive being used for storage. The only way it would have an AppData directory is if you set it up as a separate Windows installation boot drive.
So, even if installed onto an external hard drive, the webfishing game save will be stored in the %appdata% of your computer's main drive (most likely C:). This goes for all games/programs that store their data in the AppData directory. So you should be able to use this guide and find your save.
