Blain Cooper is the team's heavy hitter
Blain is one of the soldiers of Dutch team carrying heavy weapons. He has great quotes as well and bad habit of chewing tobacco.

Blain is a character from action movie -Predator (1987). Here I am going to guide how to make Blain lookalike in Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

To really complete this character you need to buy some gear from the store, Maria's shop and to do some serious game play to achieve some gear thought the missions. So building this character from the game start is not doable.

In this guide I am showing how to make Blain. Before showing lookalike, take a look at these two reference pictures from internet.

Character is based on actor Jesse Ventura who has a military background.
Gender: Male
Face: Generic
Eye color: Blue
Hair: Short A
Facial Hair: Mustache A
Hair Color: Brown
Camo: This is kind of optional. It just depends how you like it to use it. Blain has a little camo in his face in the start of the movie.
Notes: I think the generic face is only one that is closest to look Blain. Blain hair is showed in start of the movie. He has part bald head. So I think the buzz cut is good for him. Mustache is the key on here.


Blain is wearing full woodland camo. Hat, Torso and pants. Breakpoint don't offer a good hat for Blain, but I think the best is hat is boonie. GR Wildlands offered the perfect hat. Blain is also wearing black MTV-logo tank top in one scene. So if you really like to mod Blain. Give him the black Ghost Recon shirt or black tank top. I prefer the Ghost Recon t-shirt because of the white picture in the chest.
Blain is carrying the minigun in his back. So giving him a backpack is kind of optional. I liked to give a back to him. Gives little pit more variation to the characters.
Notes: Hes boots aren't bloussed and he is not using any cloves.


Vests: A.L.I.C.E Chest Rig (Any OD light harness)
Pants: Cargo Pants, Woodland
Hands: No cloves
Shoes: Jungle boots DMS, Not bloused
Top: 5.11 Long sleeve shirt, Woodland (Black GR T-shirt)
Backpack: AMP24, OD (Any back or no back at all)

Blain uses the minigun and MP5 in the movie. He also takes down a guard with his knife. You can see greandes and canteen in his belt.

MP5. No optics. No camo. No Silencer. Stock is collapset!
Notes: Any flash hider or other muzzle brake would fit

Notes: Nohing fancy on this pistol. Go vanilla.

Serrated Edge

Blain has grenades and explosives in the movie when he makes the assault in village. Well the medical gear are kind of compulsory in this game.

-Canteen, MK1 and Mk2 Grenades, mines, Bandage and syringe, chewing tobacco. "This stuff will make you sexual tyrannosaur, just like me". So Blain definetly uses some rations.

Always use minigun when can! In vehicles, chopper, etc. It is jus Blains way.

Blain is taking lot's of enemies down in the movie and taking hits too.
Assault
Blain is a pure warrior taking down enemies in the movie. So assaut class giving extra healt par and combat puffs are the only way to go.

1. Feel no Pain: Blain took some serious bullet hits but all he just do is say...
2. Pack Mule: He is carrying a minigun. So extra bullet would fit nicely here
3. Adrenaline: Blain has some nice enemy takedown with a knife

I am playing with immersive mode and using only one main gun. Limited HUD. Injuries are often and health generation is off. These factors I have been using when I made this guide.

From Store I have bought the Jungle Boots and A.L.I.C.E chest rick, put any other black boot will do just fine. Also the light carrier harness would go just fine.

To get Woodland camo you need to do punch of main mission to unlock it. Alternative you can buy similar camo from the store.

Despite boots, chest rig and Woodland camo other gear can be found inside the game or bought from Maria's shop.

Playing as Blain is fun as it sounds like. Blasting away with ol' painless and using those rations. Blain has great quotes to use too.
