Starting your run
The frist 3 rounds in your run are very important since this rounds determine how much money you'll be doubling each set. After the frist set you should always have at least 31.500$, with this amount of money you should be able to get 1000k after playing 18 rounds or 6 sets (1 set= 3 rounds).

Now let me explain how money works in double or nothing:The amount of money you start with is determined by how long you it takes you to beat the frist set, therefore the faster you beat this set, the more money you'll get. Basically you start with 70.000$ by default and start losing money from the moment the frist round begins. The amount of money lose is approximately 4000$ per minute, this means the frist 3 rounds shouldn't take you more than 8 minutes to beat.

If you start with less than 31.500$ you better restart your run, since starting with less money will make you play more sets witch means more chances of failure. Take into acount this only apliess to the frist set, so you don't have to rush the next rounds.
Take notes
Simple but very effective at the same time. Each time the shotgun gets loaded you should take note of the live and blank rounds that are being played, keeping track of the shells that are being shot.

This will allow you to take less risks and use your items the best way possible however if you only relay in your mental count there will be sometimes you miss count or just confuse and ruin your run. One mistake can be all it takes to end your run, so you want to be sure whats inside the shotgun.

What I did myself was using a notebook with a pen and just started drawing a circle for each black round and an X for each live round. Then throughout each shot I scrached the bullet that was used from the notebook so I knew if the odds were on my side.
Don't Shoot Yourself
Shooting yourself is too much of a risk for it to be taken, so shooting yourself should only be an option if you're completely sure that there's currently a blank shell in the chamber. This comes from the fact that failing a self-shot has severe consecuenses and most of the time will end your run. Not only you´re taking damage but you're allowing the dealer to end you if he has the right items to do so.

Just remember that if you have no info of what the next bullet is, or items that can put the odds in your favor your best option will always be shooting the dealer. This has more benefits that it seems to and I'll be explaining them futher in this guide.
Avoid One-Shot Turns
"One-Shot Turns" It's what I a refer to getting killed by the dealer in only one turn (being already 1 hp doesn't count). Each turn you should always be thinking about the wrost case scenario and acting upon that. Almost all of the time the wrost case scenario will be getting killed or shot 2 time and this can only be achieved with 2 items: The Handcuffs and The Handsaw. If you really think about it, no matter what items the dealer has he can only deal 1 damage to you each of his turns, but the Handcuffs and the Handsaw allow him to deal 2 game points in one turn.

I consider the Handcuffs to be the strongest and you should always be careful if the dealer has them. You can either steal them from him using Adrenaline or use your items to empty the shotgun so you can get better items to kill him. If you can prevent him from using them, do it.

The Handsaw is less of a threat but a threat still. The difference being that most of the time the dealer won't use the handsaw if he isn't sure the next bullets a live, so when the dealer has a Handsaw you should be looking if he has an info gathering item to help it (Phone;Magnifing Glass); if he does have one, take it from him.
Adrenaline
Adrenaline is key and it can completely change how you play a round. Frist things frist, when you get the Adrenaline.

As the player you have a guaranteed turn after grabing items, and you must exploit this advantage to its maximun potential. Almost everytime you get the adrenaline you should use it to steal the best item the dealer has at the current moment: My priorities are Handcuffs, Ciggarrettes, Info Tools, Others. When you steal items from the dealer you should always think what benefits him more, not what benefits you. There'll be sometimes you have full hp and the best option is stealing some cigarettes from the dealer.

The only occassions you should save your adrenaline is if the dealer only has items he won't use without info or that don't benefit him that much. Items like: The Beer, The Inverter or The expired medicine.

On the other hand, if the dealer gets the adrenaline how you play your turn changes drastically. As i said before, each time you grab items the next turn will always be yours so you must take advantage of this and use all of your items before The Dealer's turn. It will always be better that you use them instead of him, even if it means wasting them. The only item you can save is The expired medicine. After using all your items The Dealer's adrenaline is effectively useless and it'll only take a spot in his item inventory.

Let the dealer waste bullets
In double or nothing The Dealer is a really difficult foe, but that doesn't mean he's perfect. Sometimes you'll find yourself in a situation where there's too many bullets in the shotgun and you don't have very good items, so maybe the best thing is saving those items and leting The Dealer waste some bullets so you have better odds to kill him (As long as he can't One-Shot you).

I did this mostly when there were more blanks than live rounds because The Dealer really likes to shoot himself when he has no info and there's at least 50/50 odds. Even if he's really lucky and he ends up shooting you, the thing is that he probably would have wasted enough shells for you to know what's next or just to get better items.
Save some Items in the 3rd Round of Each Set
You shouldn't really save items since they're taken from you after the round end, nevertheless this doesn't apply to the last round of each set. When you finish this round and start the next one you and The Dealer keep the items that remained on the table. This can be extremely bad for you, having less items than the dealer always means being at disadvantage so you have to be careful each 3rd round of a set and try saving some items to the next round. Other things you can do are letting the dealer waste some of his items before killing him (you must be sure you're going to kill him next turn) or try to get more items by emtying the shotgun.

Emptying the shotgun is very easy when there's only 2 or 3 shells and can give you another chance to grab better items.
Stay Calm
Even if you play each turn perfectly you can still be a bit unlucky and loose your run, don't let that ruin your mental game. It's very important that you stay focused, think before doing any desicions and don't let your emotions rule your thoughts. Losing is frustating and losing multiple times even more, but if you're angered or mentally tired you should just close the game and take a breack from the shotgun.
End
Well, those were all the tips I can give you to reach those 1000k in double or nothing, I hope it helped and you can get those achiviements. This is the frist guide I've madeso thank you for reading all up to this way and excuse me for all the grammatical mistakes i've probably made along the way (English is not my frist lenguage). So goodbye and Goodluck with your runs!
