Thanks to VynnGfx[next.nexusmods.com] we have an incredible mod that reduces stutter, lowers latency and gives better frametimes! This mod is a must have and installation is extremely easy.

Step 1: Open Optimized Tweaks mod[www.nexusmods.com] files tab. Two option should appear. If you're on a high-end CPU (like 7800X3D, 9800X3D, etc.) download Optimized Tweaks EXPT. If not, download Optimized Tweaks BASE.

Step 2: Locate NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black in your library and right click it, select Manage, then Browse local files. Open NINJAGAIDEN2BLACK folder, then open Content folder and finally open Paks folder. Create a new folder named ~mods.

Step 3: Unzip/Extract Optimized Tweaks mod and drag the .pak file into your ~mods folder.

Thanks to this Reddit post I'll show you how you can update your DLSS to the newest version instead of waiting until the multi-millionaire company does this for you.

Step 1: Download DLSS Swapper[github.com]. This will do everything easier since you won't need to search for any DLSS version manually.

Step 2: Download NVIDIA Profile Inspector[github.com]. (Update NPI if you're crashing with new driver)

Step 3: Download this XML file[github.com] so you can use the new J preset.

Step 4: Unzip/Extract nvidiaProfileInspector inside a new folder (doesn't matter the name) and drag CustomSettingNames.xml inside the same folder. You should end up with something like this:


Step 5: Run NVIDIA Profile Inspector and scroll down to number 5.- Common section and locate the "DLSS 3.1.11+ Forced DLSS3.1 preset letter (base profile only)" setting and click the dropdown box right next to it. Select preset J (this will force the new Transformer model) and hit apply changes in the top right corner.

Step 6: Install DLSS Swapper and run it. You should see every Steam game installed on your PC (since this trick works with any game with DLSS), click on NINJA GAIDEN 2 Black. Locate the DLSS version and click it, this window should pop:


Step 7: Download any DLSS version that you want to try (most recent will always be on top). When download finishes, click the Swap button. Remember: Version 310.1 and above is DLSS 4.
