Используйте VPN, после этого заходите в игру или в лобби к другу.
Если не работает у всех, то нужно всем и включить.

Try use Server list in menu. But u have filers: "Far, Near, World"

could you please advise how to invite a friend to play together in one lobby? there is no "invite a friend" button in the game menu and steam invitations don't work (my girlfriend just ends up clicking on it and then the game starts but we aren't in a lobby or anything, just as if she launched the game from her pc)
