How Is This Still Standing?
The hardest one, by far. I had bought half the store (plus most of the available pillars), and already had $1 million. I'd say that, if you're at a similar scenario, you'd have saved at least 600k for this.

Another thing you can do is use your backups: at the home screen, you can select previous days on your store. Keep note of the current day and start the game. Then:

  • Buy all of the store + storage lots
  • Destroy it all, including the ones at the DLC room
  • End the day.

If you get the achievement, congrats. If you don't, there's more to destroy -- just make sure you don't do significant changes, because you won't be returning to this day, if you want the money back.
Observation Duty? / Caught Red Handed
Place cameras above the entrance, so it's easier to see who's a new customer. By the time you analyze 500 customers, you'll probably also have 10 thieves. Just spend days clicking, non-stop.
KA-CHING!
When I was at the $200~400 margin spent per customer, I tried this: saw who was getting an expensive item (olive oil, seafood, or one of the medications) and ran to raise it's price at the central pricing machine (it's quicker than scrolling up in the tagger) BEFORE the customer got to the checkout. I raised one of the medications to $400 alone.

I don't know if it was a coincidence -- I just never saw who ACTUALLY spent $700+ so I don't know if I got lucky --, but it just worked.
Not On My Duty Guard
You can keep hitting the thief even after they dropped all the items. Stay in front of where he's facing, so he doesn't run away, and hit him like 30+ times. In a couple of days, you'll get the achievement.
Welcome Mr. Whiskers
Pet him every morning, at 4 p.m., and at night.
Basic Cleaner / Advanced Cleaner
One of the trickiest, by far. Buy exactly two cleaner robots, placing them near a door to the store. Just "camp" near them, waiting for their movement and go to their general direction, towards the trash. I'd say I got a dozen trash per day, so it does take a while.

PS.: If you get more than two robots, it's harder to keep track of them when they're off their station, plus they may just get to the trash before you.
Millionaire's Holiday
It's the second to last achievement I got. By the 80th day, I was getting 85k per day (half of it as profit), while keeping the storage pretty full. The central pricing machine is the best investment you'll have. I'd say it's pretty exponential from 500k forward, having all the franchise points spent.
Advanced Recycler
Easier with friends, but not impossible alone. Really easy with the "Recycling courses II" upgrade. When your employees are doing it, as you first open the statistics tab it doesn't auto-refresh, you'll have to click it twice to see the real numbers.
Careful Cashier
Here's something I wish I'd known sooner: you actually can leave the checkout and have an employee in your place for a while, it does not have to be in one sitting, nor in consecutive days. As long as you don't make a mistake (with the change) when you return, it's good to go.

Not on my duty guard actually works on any npc, just stand at the checkout lane and keep hitting everyone you see and you'll get it in a day or two
