Like other Source Engine games,visit Options → Keyboard and choose Advanced. One of the advanced options will include a checkbox for Enable Developer Console. Once enabled, the console can be opened and closed by pressing the [~] key.

There are three armor classes: lights, mediums, and heavies. Each class has different weapons. Killing people with there weapons can unlock achievements.

This one is a little bit less self-explanatory than the rest, which can all be done on the GrindBox map that you can fine here. Basically, you need to get into cyberspace on a normal map and kill bots there, which you teleport to you while in cyberspace. Create a server. No need to portforward, you're only playing with bots.
Set the map to dys_broadcast. This is the map I show in the video and the computers are very close to spawn.
Under the "Game" tab, set the time to 9999999 or something so you don't have to worry about it. Your server is set; start it now.
Once you're in the server, select the "Corps" class (doesn't really matter but helps as I show that spawn area in the video)
Select any class and any weapon. The important bit is selecting the checkbox for an "Enhanced Cyberdeck" implant; you need this to get into cyberspace. Everything else you can leave unchecked or checked, doesn't really matter.
Press 'e' on the small screen when you spawn in to detonate the bombs and clear the way.
Drop down, go forward a bit and turn left immediately to enter a room. Go through another doorway into a room with some monitors.
Go up to the blue monitor and press 'e' to jack into cyberspace.
Go forward and perhaps up (or not, just get to the main zone of this area, doesn't really matter)
Open your console via the ` key in the top left corner of your keyboard (if this isn't enabled, enable it. This is just the same process as any other source game)
Type in the following command three times (with no quotations): "sv_cheats 1; bot; sv_cheats 0;"
Type in the following command (with no quotations): "sv_cheats 1; bot_teleport_to_me Bot01; sv_cheats 0;" (note that we'll switch between Bot01, Bot02, and Bot03)
Using your scroll wheel on your mouse, scroll down a bit to select the Shaft Attack. You can now use this by holding down the left mouse button.
Use the Shaft Attack on the bot you just spawned in. It will die like 30 times for some reason, so you'll get the "Daemon" achievement.
Once Bot01 is gone for good, type in "sv_cheats 1; bot_teleport_to_me Bot02; sv_cheats 0;" and repeat step 14 again until the bot disappears.
Once Bot02 is gone for good, type in "sv_cheats 1; bot_teleport_to_me Bot03; sv_cheats 0;" and repeat step 14 again until the bot disappears.
Repeat steps 14-16 until you have done 8,000 damage. You can check progress by viewing the in-game achievements menu. This should take ~5 minutes.
Now you have both cyber weapons achievements!
