You can take the 5 coins in exchange for Humanity but give them later to the coachman.

Always reveal the mirror for a dialogue option later.

Go up the stairs, Interact with the Picture with your 5 science and continue up and through the door.

After the cutscene walk to the pair on the upper left side.
Drink and adress "Miss ORLOVA"
Continue to the left, and reveal the mirror for experience later.
After changing, go to the window on the upper right corner and talk to the Husar.
Pick "I can't return the compliment" for Relationship-Points and Nihilism.

Pick "Cruel" for Humanity-Points

Back inside talk to Petya with his doll for more information
Talk with Ariban, pick "My Father"
Talk with Alisa, pick "equivalent" for Humanity-Points

Go back to the Husar, Pick:
History 10,
Science 5
Science 6
(Literature 10 is impossible if you want more XP through other choices).

After the flight:
"I drank from ...."
Make the coachman drink less for Humanity-Points
Back in the mansion "You Monsters" for Humanity-Points

Read a book for +1 Point in whatever category you want

"...Sorry for Petya" for Humanity-Points

Talk bad about the Countess for favor from Alisa or the other way around.
Walk around a bit for the Trigger
Take the Puppet and walk out the door on the upper left.
Talk with the coachman to leave and end the Chapter
