(Windows) How To Reset Achievements
By slobfern
Too Scarlet Hollow brained and already one hundred percented the game? Here's how to reset your achievements!
(Copy and pasted note from the article where I learned this:

It's worth noting that Steam does not openly advocate manipulation of game achievements, but it's highly unlikely that you'll receive a VAC for resetting achievements in single player games. However, if you want to be extra cautious, we'd advise against following any of the listed methods to reset achievements on your Steam account.

We tested these methods on various single player games, including Red Dead Redemption, The Witcher 3, and Batman Arkham Knight, and we experienced no negative impacts on our Steam account. However, we did not try these methods in multiplayer games or games that connect to the internet.)

Back Up Saves
Before we mess around with the files, make sure to back up your save files. You can do so by clicking the settings button,

clicking manage and browse local files,

navigating through game > saves, copying all the files in here and pasting them in a new folder somewhere separate
Disable Steam Cloud
Open settings like before and click properties

Make sure Steam Cloud is disabled (aka not blue, slider on the left

If steam cloud isn't disabled, all achievements will be unlocked after clearing them and starting the game again
Delete Persistent Data
In the save folder from earlier (not the backup folder), delete the file called "persistent"

Then navigate to C:/Users/(your username)/AppData/Roaming/Renpy/ScarletHollow) and delete the persistent file in there
Clear Achievements
Now that you've got that out of the way, all you need to do is open the Run tool (Windows + R or search for it in the search bar) and enter this command "steam://open/console" without the quotation marks (preferably with Steam already open, I haven't tried it with Steam closed)

Now you should have a new tab in Steam, labeled "Console"

Open it and enter "reset_all_stats 1609230" without the quotation marks (1609230 being Scarlet Hollow's game ID)

Then check Scarlet Hollow (note that this also removes the game from your favorites, and probably other collections)

You may have to swap to a different games page and back to Scarlet Hollow, or close Steam entirely before it updates
Re-enabling cloud saves may cause all previously unlocked achievements to unlock again (it didn't for me but I didn't do any testing)

Enjoy!
