I did all achievements with the Serpant but I forgot the choices you make have impact on whether you can or can't complete "Take it with you".

Press the Serpent achievement is currently broken, we'll fix it in a patch. It will also include a retroactive fix (so if you run a savegame where conditions for this achievement are met, it will be awarded)
