DISCLAIMER
As of Update 1.3.1, The Croissant Perk now triggers when 10 pegs are halved. This effectively kills using The Croissant Perk to maintain the loop. However, The Meaty Perk is still effective.
The Basic Setup
This strategy uses the following items and perks:
* Jacks+ (any odd slot)
* Jacks+ (any odd slot)
* Kazoo+ (Slot 3)
* The Croissant Perk (the more of these, the better)
* The Eggy Perk
* The Waffle Perk

It goes as follows:
* Nubby is launched
* The Waffle Perk is activated by Nubby being launched, force-triggering every item in an odd-numbered slot. Functionally, this activates both Jacks+ and the Kazoo+
* The Kazoo+ doubles a random peg twice.
* The Jacks+ drop two swords which bring 15 pops each, totaling 30 pops.
* The Eggy Perk is activated by 20 pegs being popped, force-triggering every item that summons something. Functionally, this activates both Jacks+.
* Since each force-trigger of the Jacks+ totals 30 pops, The Eggy Perk keeps activating and force-triggering the Jacks+.
* Since most every peg is being popped by Jacks+, it's safe to assume that the highest # peg is constantly being popped.
* The Croissant Perk activates, with a % chance to force-trigger the item in Slot 3 based on how many lives you have. Asuming you have max lives, this should be a 100% chance.
* The Kazoo+ is in Slot 3, so it doubles a random peg twice.
* Since the highest # peg is constantly being popped, The Croissant Perk is constantly being activated. Therefore, the Kazoo+ is constantly doubling random pegs twice.
* The total peg value starts out relatively small, but grows and more pegs are fully popped and removed. Eventually, the peg count is narrowed down to about 2-3 pegs.
* Since the Kazoo+ only has 2-3 pegs to choose from, these pegs have their values doubled twice more often, increasing rapidly until they hit the cap of 1 Decillion.
Improvements and Safeguards
These items and perks make this strategy more powerful, as well as less likely to fail.

E-Block
When this item is force-triggered, that force-trigger is instead used by the item to its left, with a 16.7% chance to add on an extra force-trigger. Upgraded, that chance increases to 33%. Chaining together two of these lets you move your Kazoo+ to Slot 1, which lets it be force-triggered by anything that force-triggers Slots 1, 2, and 3 (The Speedy Perk, The Bucksot Perk), as well as getting an extra force-trigger from The Waffle Perk. Also combos well with The Meaty Perk (discussed later). The main drawback to the E-Block is that Circuit Pegs have a much higher chance of killing your run by breaking the chain.

3D Glasses
The Kazoo's Ultra-Rare cousin. This item forces a peg to emit a pulse that doubles it and every peg in a 3x3 radius around it. Upgraded, these pegs are doubled twice. Since each activation results in multiple pegs being doubled twice, this allows larger amounts of pegs to be doubled, increasing the speed at which points are generated.

The Mollusk
This item multiplies the player's score by 1.2x once every 20 summons. Upgraded, it multiplies it by 1.5x. Since this strategy results in many things being repeatedly summoned, this quickly balloons your score. Easiest way to get your score to Googol. Basically the only way you're going to get through any rounds with a minimum score of 1 Undecillion. Good luck getting it, though.

The Meaty Perk
This perk force triggers items in Slots 5, 6, and 7, two times each whenever 30 pegs are popped. This allows for the use of only one Jacks+, since it get force-triggered twice, results in 30 pegs being popped, which activates the force-trigger again and starts the cycle new.

The Enlightened Perk
This perk force-triggers the item in Slot 3 once for each perk you have when the first peg is popped. Since you're probably going to have a lot of perks once you get deep enough into the game (especially if you keep buying Kebabs and Croissants), this triggers a whole bunch of times.

The Croissant Perk
Yes, I already talked about this. What I want to say here is that buying multiple Croissants gives you multiple instances of The Croissant Perk. This both reduces the chance of the perk not activating when you're low on lives, and triggers the Kazoo+ multiple times.

3383347653 is a decent seed if anyone is interested.
