West Office, 1st Floor Police Station. Unlock Leon’s desk using the first initials of nearby nameplates. Inside is the magazine that increases ammo to 24 rounds.
Muzzle Brake (Matilda)

Found inside the Waiting Room Safe (6 Left - 2 Right - 11 Left).
Shotgun Long Barrel (W-870)
Part
Kendo’s Gun Shop (after leaving the R.P.D. Basement) Found on the shelves. It boosts shotgun power and increases capacity to 8 rounds.
Shotgun Stock (W-870)
Part
Found in the Treatment Pool Room, Sewers after opening the safe using the chalk-written combo. It makes the shotgun shoot faster.
Red Dot Sight (Lightning Hawk)
Part
First, find the "Hiding Place" film in the Sewers and develop it in the Dark Room. Then check Wesker’s desk to get the red-dot sight for better aiming.
Lightning Hawk Long Barrel
Part
Use the S.T.A.R.S. badge (from the Interrogation Room jewelry box) on a lockbox in the utility stairwell of RPD (the stairwell you took to reach Birkin for the first time as Leon) to get the long barrel. It lowers recoil and increases damage.
Leon's Flamethrower Regulator
Part
Umbrella Laboratory. Go back to the North Area after getting the Signal Modulator. Use it to open a locked room. Inside the lockers, you'll find the Regulator. It makes the flamethrower use less fuel.

Claire Redfield - New Weapons

Speed Loader (Claire’s Revolver)

West Office, 1st Floor. Unlock Leon’s desk using nameplate initials. Inside is the Speed Loader, which makes reloading faster.
High-Capacity Magazine (Claire’s Pistol, Scenario B)

Waiting Room, 2nd Floor. Open the safe under the desk using the code from the Confiscation Report (found in the Basement). Increases mag size to 26 rounds.
Shoulder Stock (Grenade Launcher)
Part
Elevator Controls Room, Basement. Use the diamond key from the morgue to unlock the room. Inside a locker is the Shoulder Stock, which improves grenade launcher accuracy.
Reinforced Frame (Claire’s Revolver)
Part
Treatment Pool Room, Sewers. Open the safe with the chalk combo to get the Reinforced Frame. Lets you shoot high-powered rounds (switch with LB/R1).
High-Capacity Magazine (Submachine Gun)
Part
S.T.A.R.S. Office, 2nd Floor. First, develop the “Hiding Place” film in the Dark Room. Then check Wesker’s desk for the upgrade. Increases mag size to 50 rounds.
Suppressor (Submachine Gun)
Part
Underground Stairs. Use the S.T.A.R.S. badge (from the Interrogation Room jewelry box) on a lockbox. Inside is the Suppressor, which reduces recoil.
High Voltage Condenser (Spark Shot)

Found in the Laboratory's East Area, near the Greenhouse Control Room.

Keep cross-referencing information as you proceed through the game to ensure you don't miss any weapon parts. Sometimes it's easy to focus on one item and accidentally walk past something else.
