For whatever reason in Mission 5 there is bug that is you do the computer to fill your resistance meter last it doesn't count as actually filling it. It may not be apparent but you have just made a big oopsies. You see, in order to get to said computer you need to get 60% Resistance in order to even get to the computer. So naturally you might think: "I'll hunt down all the funny guys in parkas then tackle the computer." Well that was not a good idea because you have just sealed your fate. In order to not fall victim to this bug you need to get 60% to open the path to the computer. Do the Computer. Then get the rest of the funny guys in parkas.

So you might ask yourself... "How were you supposed to know to do that?" or "Why does it matter?" For the first question... Upon looking into things people have been talking about this bug for at least the past year. "How is it that the Devs have not fixed this yet?" That a good question. As for the second question... It doesn't really matter if you don't care about doing the EX Missions or getting the Achievements. The only reason the World Peace achievement is so rare is because this bug is too easy to trigger. So for those of us who wish to actually 100% this game, I have the answer!

Perhaps very fortunately for us, the average gamer, and assuming you are on the steam version
(Sorry Console Dorks), can simply find your save file and edit it to allow you to re-get one of those silly dudes in parkas. It's not too bad. but if you are not used to looking through JSON files it might be a bit daunting. That is why I'm going to tell you exactly where to go and what to do to save your save file.

The First Step
Tum off your game it you have not already, (VERY IMPORTANT)

The Second Step
Locate your Appdata folder, go into LOCAL and locate the Berserk_Boy_Release folder.

The Third Step
Locate the save file. Depending on what slot you used it should say Beserkboy_{Your Slot Number minus 1}.JSON

The Fourth Step
Open the save file in any text editor, my go to is Notepad++[notepad-plus-plus.org]

The Fifth Step
Inside of the text editor, use Ctr+F to open the text editors find and replace dialog. Find a text string matching "lvl_five". This should bring you to the section of the save file that contains Mission 5.

The Sixth Step
You are going to edit the following lines of code:
1. Under Objectives you will see various number. Remove the line that says "5",
2. A little below that you should see something that says "Progress" followed by a number. Set the number from 100 to 85.

The section should now look similar like this.























The Seventh Step
Save the file using your text editor.

CONGRATS. Your save file is now in a state where you can unlock ex mission 5 in addition to the World Peace Achievement. At the beginning of the stage, after you climb the ladders, use Lighting Justice to go to the other normally locked door. Fight the wave of enemies and you will find your prize on the other side.
