The program I used was Razer Macro but you can get away with anything as long as you know the timing which is 0.34s Down actuation and 1.012 Up.Hope this helps someone.

For steamdeck: R4 (for example) —> X button —> Regular press. Settings —> Fire End Delay = 900 ms.
That way you press R4 once like a normal button (don't hold it), and after ~1 second Buttknight does automatic perfect (orange) charge attack.
