(There are a lot of other possible ways you can do it)

Simple
If you just started the game you need a simple cheap, but working washplant.
In this case all you need is:
  • Hopper
  • Washplant
  • Silo
  • A power source + Cable
  • Power Input (x10 is the fastest = 300 units per second)
  • Conveyer belts (Optional)

The washplant splits paydirt into:
  • Gold ore
  • Silicone ore
  • Diamond ore
  • Rubin ore
  • Dirt

As side note with this setup (x3 Power Input / 500kW Solar Panel) you can start a Hardcore world.
Costs are arround 75.000$
Use the remaining 25.000$ to buy Paydirt in the Shop: Resources > Dirt > Paydirt
Sell in the shop the material you get out of the Paydirt: Dirt/ Gold-/ Silicone-/ Diamond-/ RubyOre
25.000$ Paydirt will make arround +9.000 Profit = 34.000$
Reapeat this, until you can buy the x10 Power Input + a better power source.
(You can insert Material into the Hopper by hand. You need to open the Hopper inventory, place the paydirt inside and click "consume").

Normal

The plant dont produce asphalt, but I showed in which storage silo it will be sorted into.

Rock / Blasted rock (Jaw Crusher)
-> Crushed Rock

Crushed Rock (Cone Crusher)
-> Gravel

Gravel (Froth floater)
-> Iron
-> Copper
-> Bauxit (Aluminium)
-> Lithium
-> Tailing

Paydirt (Washplant)
-> Dirt
-> Gold
-> Silicone
-> Diamond
-> Ruby
Advanced

I recoment to summarize the yellow storage (from trommel) and the violet storage (from the froth floater) into only ONE storage.
Becaus every ore from the violet storage, that is put in the hopper will end in the yellow storage. (For example lithium ore, that is found in the world.) Also asphalt and gravel that is put into the hopper will end in the yellow storage.

Optional:
If you want to put Gravel into the system (by hand) from the yellow or gravel Silo. For the froth floater or asphalt production.
Put a hopper after the cone crusher befor the splitters
Basics

The top layer of the world is mostly only dirt. It dosent has a lot of worth.

The second layer is paydirt.

The washplant splits paydirt into:
  • Gold ore
  • Silicone ore
  • Diamond ore
  • Rubin ore
  • Dirt

The gold and silicone can be smelted into bars

The diamond ore and rubin ore can be processed at the small washplant into one diamond and ruby per ore.

I would recoment to start digging in an area where the top layer is a bit darker.
This is an indicator that there is some kind of ore or coal beneath it.

thank you for sharing layout order but could you make one for automation produktion

Are you going to update the guide with the new update and automatic productions? Thanks.

@Robin Banks Kurze Laufwege^^

@Greasy Strangler
The storage silos connect with the conveyer belt, like any other kind of conveyer belt.
You can access them them by default with the button E. Then you can take out material and put it in your inventory. The same way you can put material back into the storage silo.
Also, if you have for example paydirt in you inventory you can put it into the hopper (open hopper inventory with E) and press the button "consume". Then it put the material on the belt.

@ÁDSP
Smelters and small washplants are not automatic.
You need to insert the ore by hand, enter an amount of items it shall produce. And then start the production (by rightclick on the product).

The smelters are automatic? or you must activate it?

how are you hooking up the storage bins so that they connect to the conveyers
