The first common problem, "No Connection," arises because of network issues with internet access (for various reasons, depending on the country), or the absence of internet altogether.
It is possible that upon waking up or due to inattentiveness, you immediately launch Steam and start the game, resulting in "No Connection" errors, only to find out that you indeed had no internet. (Such cases exist and will continue to occur.)


Solution Methods:
- Connect to a network with internet access.
- Check the functionality of your network with internet access (yourself or inquire with your provider).
- Restart the router (network).
- Try connecting to another network with internet access (e.g., via smartphone).
- Problem with the player's account.
- Wait and hope the problem resolves itself.

The second common problem is "No Internet Connection." This problem is observed in 50% of players from the Steam platform and other PC platforms. This problem may occur due to the following issues:

- Network issues with internet access (problems with the provider).
- On the user's side.
- Bug (error) on the user's side.
- On the game server's side.
- Account error (for example, after I launched the game on my smartphone, it started working on the PC version).
- Problem with the player's account.

The third common problem among PC players of this game is launching the game with infinite loading on various platforms. This problem arises due to the following issues:

- The computer (laptop) does not meet the minimum game requirements.
- The processor is not capable of optimally processing the game data.
- Problems on the provider's side or with the network with internet access.
- Game file corruption.
- Bug (error) in the game.

Solution Methods:
- Restart the router (network with internet access).
- Try connecting to another network with internet access (e.g., via smartphone).
- Upgrade the computer and its specifications to meet the minimum game requirements.
- Wait and hope the problem resolves itself.

Other problems have been observed among some players, such as:

- Game crashes during mission completion.
- Game crashes while collecting tomatoes/experience on the base.
- When taking daily kits in the store, the player's "experience" is reset to a negative value (ranging from -9999999999).
- Crashes due to heroes during mission completion.
- Bug with hero upgrades on the base.
- And so on…
