Here's the guide to getting the last secret weapon

The weapon SGIAN-DUBH is hidden in the laboratory towards the end of the mission “In pursuit of the orb”

Overview
1 - In the main menu, go to the “Story Missions” 
2 - Once inside, select the mission “In Pursuit Of The Orb” 
3 - Once in the mission, you must take the helicopter with "Kerry Rigby" and return to the cave 
4 - Once in the cave, you'll have to keep going until you reach the lab 
5 - Keep moving (you need to get to the lab) 
6 - Keep moving (you need to get to the lab) 
7 - From here you are close to the weapon 
8 - Once in the lab you'll come across this, enter the room 
9 - Once in the room, climb up on the table and pick up the weapon right in the middle 
10 - If you like it, don't hesitate to share or give an award for the guide
