The Wish Note comic book from Olive's apartment is not a trickest part of the game but in case you have problem with it, all spreads of this book are presented below. The guide also describes how to get Karaoke Night achievement after completing the book.

The Wish Note comic book is located in the bathroom in Olive's apartment on the 1st floor

You need to find all cats in every picture to reveal next one
(or to reveal an arrow button on the right, if you reached in the end of the screen)

 
You'll get "Wish Note" achievement upon completion

The last page of the book contains a CD in a sleeve

 
After you find the CD, click on the player in the main room...

 
...to start a karaoke mini-game

 
Click at an each token in the moment when it reach the slot at the end of the line.

 
You don't need to be perfect, you can miss some tokens, do not worry about it.
You'll get "Karaoke Night" achievement upon completion

Maybe mine is bugged. I've completed the book. Everything there looks fine but where the CD is supposed to be in blank. Do I have it somewhere else if I clicked it by mistake and didn't notice?

So clicking where the cats are at in the manga itself completes this, then gives the cd on the last page for the DVD player that takes you to karaoke to complete the room
