Simple One Dollar Short (no perks, "any" king)

Very simple steps to get the achievement on any king while having no perks at all.

In any other year simply play a card and don't use anything that affects gold.

Year 4 reroll once.
Year 4 sell 1 card. gold after: 26
Year 8 reroll three times.
Year 8 sell 1 card. gold after: 11

then you're done, just wait for year 10.

I saw the other guides for this achievement, but even though I did them perfectly on several attempts, I didn't get the achievement. This one worked for me after just one attempt, and it's even easier.
