Shiny, unstoppable, and built like a cybernetic freight train fueled by pure violence?
Welcome to the most unhinged training guide you'll ever read.

Step 1: Embrace the Machine
Before we even touch weights, understand one thing:You’re not building a beach body. You’re becoming a weapon.
Repeat this daily mantra in the mirror:
“Flesh is weakness. Steel is gains.”
Phase 2
Now, let’s get physical.

Monday – ARM CANNONS (Chest + Triceps)

Bench Press – 4x8 (Imagine you're firing a cannon with each rep)
Dips – 3xToFailure (Lower yourself like you’re going deeper into the layers of hell.)
Push-Ups – 3x20 (If V1 can punch a rocket midair, you can do these)
Cable Triceps Pushdown – 3x12 (Optional: yell “MACHINE” on last rep)


Tuesday – MOBILITY MODULE (Legs + Agility)

Wednesday – SYSTEM COOLING (Active Rest)
Walk while listening to breakcore.
Stretch like you’re dodging a Malicious Face laser.
Drink water. I would prefer blood


Thursday – AIMBOT MODE (Back + Biceps)

Pull-Ups – 4x10 (Imagine grappling up a wall in Limbo)
Barbell Rows – 3x8 (Every rep = one dead Flesh Prison)
Face Pulls – 3x15 (Healthy shoulders = more style points)
Hammer Curls – 3x12 (Named after what you’ll become)


Friday – CORE SYSTEMS (Abs + Stability)

Hanging Leg Raises – 4x12 (Visual: flying kick to Gabriel)
Russian Twists – 3x20 (Add a plate. Or a skull.)
Plank – 3x1min (Hold like your life and S-rank depends on it)
Phase 3
Step 3: The Fuel of Machines (Nutrition Tips)

Eat like you’re prepping for the next layer.
Protein? Yes.
Carbs? Yes.
Blood? Optional.
Recommended shake:
1 scoop whey,1 banana,1 tablespoon peanut butter,and a whisper of hatred.


Step 4: V1 Mentality Mode

Sleep like a machine (7–9 hours to regenerate core systems).
Walk fast. Like, V1 sprinting-with-a-shotgun fast.
