Today I bring a guide on how to build Promotional Banner Characters
Showing the best Revelation Cards, Universal Card, Mainstats and Substats for them.
Let's Begin.

ATTENTION: this guide is made with all my knowledge from the KR/TW/CN version of the game.
Some Characters showed on the guide are from a later version of the game.
Feel free to come back to this guide when you need to build a character from an advanced version of the game.

Universal Card: Departure
Revelation Card: Interference

+2 Set Effect: Increase Curse damage by 10%.
+4 Set Effect: Increase Curse damage to foes with debuffs by 20%.

Mainstats:
Sun: HP
Moon: ATK MULT+
Star: CRIT RATE
Planet: SPEED

Substats:
CR%> CD%> DMG Bonus%> ATK%

Universal Card: Growth
Revelation Card: Change

2-Set Effect: Increases Attack Damage by 10%.
4-Set Effect: After any party member uses electric skills, the user's own electric damage will be increased by 9% (Stacks up to 3 times).

Mainstats:
Sun: HP
Moon: ATK MULT+/ATK
Star: CRIT RATE (if A0)/Crit Dmg (if A1)
Planet:ATK

Universal Card: Focus
Revelation Card: Luxury

2-Set Effect: Defense is increased by 20%.
4-Set Effect: Shield Effectiveness is increased by 18%.

Substat:
SPD> Crit Rate> Crit DMG> DEF

Universal Card: Awareness
Revelation Card: Truth

2-Set Effect: Increases Nuclear Damage by 10%.
4-set Effect: If you use a skill to attack an enemy and the main target has an elemental debuff, it will cause damage equal to 30% of the original damage.

Star: Crit Rate

Substats:
Crit Rate> PEN> DMG Bonus> ATK%

Universal Card: Trust
Revelation Card: Wealth

2-Set Effect: Damage taken is reduced by 8%.
Set 4 Effect: Immediately upon entering combat 25% of HIGHLIGHT Energy, and the HIGHLIGHT Energy recovery effect cannot be activated twice.

2 Set Effect: Blessing Damage 10%.
4 Set Effect: Critical Chance of Blessing modifiers is increased to 12%

Universal Card: Sincerity
Revelation Card: Joy

Set Effect: Increases Throwing Damage 10%.
4 Set Effect: Increases your damage dealt by 15% when dealing Flail damage. If there are 3 or more enemies, your damage is increased by 15%, lasting for 2 rounds.
