This is a trick I found out while trying to level up quicker in the game to unlock spirits. I just did this today (7/5/25) as well. I'm sharing this for others who want to level up ASAP so they can relax, unlock areas and just change decorations/clothes/etc as the mood strikes them.

The Plan

(1) Download an autoclicker. I personally used the OP autoclicker for windows and set the click interval to 1 millisecond.




(2) Open up the journal book, go to the habits tab and create ONE habit. You can hover over the check mark box of any day you like but I just used Monday. Press F6 (Or w/e key you might reassign the button to) and just let it run until you hit the max level of 99 or whatever level you choose to stop at.



(3) There are other ways to get good experience jumps as well, listed under a guide by Treefrog. Daily log in +100, finding a new spirit +250 exp, so on. Recommended checking this guide out if you want the details on natural progression methods/spirit location.
