Road
After the cutscene about quitting her job, the main character gets in her car and heads to Greyfox. You get control of the character on the road scene. Nothing super important here, but points of interest are 1) a naked old man, and 2) you can interact with the McDonald's drive-thru. (Though it's actually called Makku in the game). After exploring a bit (optional), you can head north west to get to Greyfox.
Greyfox
Once you are there, head over to the parking garage to park the car. Now, you are supposed to find a place to rest but there are a few things to do first, and also a few achievements to get (optional).
If you head up to the entrance of the dog park, you will find the doggie bag dispenser. Behind it is a poop-grabber. Use the grabber to pick up all 6 poops in the park for achievement #5. Then head to the lower left corner of the park and talk to the lady to get money for cleaning the park.

Next, head to the pub. Talk to the mysertious lady in the lower right corner of the pub. She is a story trigger, but don't worry. Talking to her right now won't advance the story. You just need to find some grumpy people to talk to. Next, talk to the lady over on the left side of the pub. You can try to take her purse, or you can walk around and talk to her about her husband. Both interactions count as 'grump' encounters. Now, head up to the bathroom and search the garbage can to find a diamond earring. *Optional*: talk to the bartender for a free beer. This does nothing for the story, but the main character does a funny drunk dance. Leave the pub.

Head east to the house with a brown roof. If you walk around to the back of the house, you can talk to the lady for another 'grump' encounter. Snap the flower head or leave her alone. The choice does not affect the story.

Now head up to the inn (next to the parking garage). Talk to the desk clerk and she will tell you that they have no vacancies, but offers to call you when a room comes available. In the inn, you can talk to Esmeralda to trigger a side-quest which leads to achievement #9. Make sure you pick up her business card she leaves on the floor. You can also steal money from the sleeping man's wallet (check the closet), and go upstairs and steal the hottub man's watch (also in the closet) for achievement #7. To make the room available, you need to get rid of the hottub man. To do this, talk to him. He will ask you for some grapes. Leave the inn, and head south to the lower part of Greyfox. You can talk to the smoking man in front of the hospital for another 'grump' encounter. Click on either coconut tree 100 times and a coconut will fall. Pick it up, and eat it to get achievement #6. Then go east to the grocery store.

The clerk is pretty moody and you will get a 'grump' encounter from him if you trigger the bathroom key event. Try to go to the bathroom, and you will find out you need a key. Ask him for the key to get in. There is nothing in the bathroom, but you can get the 'grump' encounter. Another 'grump' encounter happens when you talk to the janitor. Now, find some grapes and pay for them. Then leave.

Since you have more than enough 'grump' encounters, you can talk to the mysterious lady at the pub again. She is important for advancing the story a little bit more, but again, don't worry. Nothing will happen yet.

After that, go to the inn and talk to the man upstairs, or just click on the metal bowl to deliver the grapes. Now leave the inn and wander around Greyfox until the desk clerk calls you. Now you can go back to the inn. Talk to the desk clerk, pay for your room, and go upstairs. Go to bed to advance the story.
Dream
In your dream, you see the mysterious lady. Also, you have become elderly. She tells you to look in the mirror. You have 4 reactions to choose from. Each reaction starts a storyline with a new character. The order doesn't matter unless you're going for the Esmeralda achievement. That is the one that will be used here. Choose "I hate it".
Mr. Brown
You wake up in a retirement home as an old man(?!) Your family is here to meet you, but first you should explore a bit. Mr. Brown also has some 'grump' encounters of his own, so talking to people will count towards advancing the story slightly. Just make sure you head across to the wheelchair lady's room and get the dog cookie from the shelf. Other than that, talk to as many people as you can, and talk to your family to find out a little more about Mr. Brown, then head back to your room. A nasty caregiver will greet you and beat you unconscious.

When you wake up, you will be in a dream version of Mr. Brown's room. Walk up the path and find the myserious lady. *Important*: your choice to kill him or let him live will affect the ending and also the achievements. Letting everyone live is achievement #14, or killing everyone is achievement #15. Also, there are 3 endings. Each has it's own achievement, and they depend on how many people you kill/save. Killing them all, killing some, and killing none. Those are the scenarios that will trigger the different endings. So choose carefully if you want a special ending.
Dream Again
You will get achievement #2.
Back the original dream world, you must face the mirror again. Now you only have 3 choices. Choose "I'm okay with it".
Katharine
You wake up as a crazy cat lady this time, in a house with 10 cats. Leave the house. *Note*: hanging around too long will cause Katharine to hallucenate. To stop the hallucinations, go to lower Greyfox and head to the pharmacy. Pick up her medication and take it as soon as possible. You will have a weird scene where you feed the pill to her, and wake up again in her home. Leave again. To continue the Esmeralda side-quest, go up to the dog park and feed the lone dog a dog cookie. He will move out of the way, and you can talk to the lady by the tree. Talk to her and show her Esmeralda's business card. Then tell her that she was at the inn. Ta-da! Achievement #9. There is quite a bit of exploring you can do, but this guide will only go over the important items. Go to to the funeral home and talk to the man at the top of the stairs. He will talk to you about your cats. It doesn't really matter what you tell him, because you can always save your cats.

If you stole the watch and/or if you have the diamond earring, you can sell them at the jewllery store (next to the inn) for cash. If you don't have the watch, you can just hang on to the diamond earring and use it to ship your cats. But that part will be explained in just a bit. Head to the lower Greyfox and enter the grocery store. Grab the sumo-deluxe cat carrier and pay for it. Now go back to Katharine's house and grab all 10 cats. (Some are in the basement).

When you have them all, a notification will appear. Leave the house, and go back down to lower Greyfox. Go east and talk to the pirate-looking guy. You can pay cash or give him a diamond earring to ship your cats. It costs $400 to send them all away. (Pretty expensive, huh?) But this will get you achievement #8.

If you are done exploring, head down the left-hand pier and talk to the mysterious lady. She gives you the option to kill or save Katharine. Again, your choice affects the ending and also the achievements. (See Mr. Brown section).
Dream Again
You will get achievement #4.
As before, you look in the mirror. Now you have two options. It really doesn't matter which one you pick now. But let's go with "It's interesting".
Mabel
This time you wake up as a normal-looking old woman. Feel free to explore her home, then leave. If you followed the Esmeralda side-quest, you will see a police car in front of the inn. Mabel's story is the longest and there is one achievement she can get. Go to the coffee shop (across from her house) and enter the backroom. Walk around the shelf and you will trigger achievement #10.

There is a bunch of exploring you can do right away, but the story makes more sense if you start at the hospital. Go down to lower Greyfox and enter the hospital. Take the elevator to the second level, and talk to the receptionist. You find out that your husband Don is here and at the end of the hall. Go to the end and turn up. Talk to him to find out what happened. Your dialogue choice doesn't affect the story or anything so pick any one.

After he dies, there is a cutscene and you leave the hospital. There is a lady with a walker just south of the hospital, but talking to her won't help until you go back home and find the diary. Anyway, the point now is to find clues about what happened between Mabel and Don. There are 'clues' sprinkled everywhere, but to get the story moving, you want to check both sides of the bookshelf to get the bottle of poison and read the diary. Leave the house and go to the pub. Talk around to find out that Don was a regular patron. If you talk to the cashier at the coffee shop, you find out that Don broke your teapot (although, that is in the diary). If you head to lower Greyfox and talk to the lady on the pier by the hospital, you find out her name is Agnus. She is the friend in the diary that convinced you to get the poison. You can encourage her to kill her husband too, but it doesn't affect the story. Go to the pharmacy and have the bottle identified. After doing this, you cannot go back in the pharmacy as they will ban you, so make sure if you wanted to explore the pharmacy, you do that before talking to the pharmacist. After you have enough information, your character will suggest going back home. Going home will advance the story, so only go if you are done exploring.

When you go inside, the mysterious lady will be waiting for you. She will take the poison and put it in the teapot on the table. Now you have a choice. Kill her or let her live. And as before, your choice will affect the ending, and also the achievements. (See Mr. Brown section).
Dream Again
You will get achievement #1.
This time, you only have one choice in the mirror. So choose "I'm scared".
Nurse
You start this story in the hospital as a nurse. But it's not what you think. Talk to everyone until the man blocking the door to the hospital moves out of the way. When he does, make your way out of the hospital.

Oh! It's not Greyfox. You enter a new house and your husband tells you to make him some food. Feel free to explore now, or explore after the next part. Head up to the kitchen and click any part to make him dinner. You can choose to poison him or make him some good food. (In this story, your option to kill or save is not the nurse, but instead, her husband.) And this will affect the ending and achievements. (See Mr. Brown section). After you make your choice, it will carry out. You have one more chance to explore a bit before going to bed. (If you chose to kill your husband, then you have to wait until he collapses before you can go to bed. If you make him a yummy meal, you have to wait until he goes to bed first).

When you go to bed, you will wake up staring at a hospital ceiling. After a brief cutscene, you die.
Dream Finale
You will get achievement #3.
After you have completed all four storylines, you will arrive in the dream world one last time. The mysterious lady will discuss your actions a little bit, and then you get your ending.
Endings
If you saved everyone, you will go back to your original home and get achievement #13, and #16.

If you killed some people (or at least one, but not all of them), you will be in a psychiatrist's office, where the doctor will give you more pills (and basically tell you she thinks it's all in your head). You will get achievement #12, and #16.

If you killed everyone, you will be in an insane asylum and a guard will come to give you a shot. You will get achievement #11, and #16.

I would suggest making a SAVE in the Nurse scenario, before you feed your husband, if you played up to there with all/no kills. Then you can re-load the save and do the opposite to get the so-so ending.

Weird. Tried again by triggering the "Hello Kitty" scene in Katharine's house, and chose to agree on having the cats killed (Funerals). And this time, I got the scene where the "pirate" actually sailed with the cats onboard (achievement unlocked accordingly).
Also, I have not sold the watch this time. There's definitely a relevant trigger in one of those.
