To get all the achievements in this game all you need to do is play the game from start to the end and play the story, you don't have to pick up any items BUT you'll have to watch all the cutscenes to get all the achievements. You might have to sit trough the credits for an extra act.

It will take around three to four hours to complete the story if you don't skip any cutscenes and look for items to inspect. The game does not have any replayability.
