As this present guide title says, this a little walkthrough in order to gain the Good intentions achievement.

Go behind your house
Take the large path passing through some trees towards the cemetary
At the cemetary gates, stay outside the cemetary then go right following the low stony wall up the first angle
At the angle, take a look a little bit to right: you can see a big stump at the bottom of the hill
Go towards this stump (on your way, note the banchy oak on your left: there is a book close this tree - perhaps it's counted as a point of interest for the The Sun Will Rise achievement?, you should come back here later)

Keep going straight on after the stump
A little far away, you should find something white on the ground. Interact with the flask in order to gain the achievement =)
