Here are the characters that you can unlock through normal progression of the game:

These are the characters that can be purchased as DLC in the Steam Store. There are two packs available for you to buy.

Special Characters
  • Barrel Duck
    Type /pewduckpie; Please note that this secret character is only available on certain game builds. Not everyone can access this character.
Secret Characters
SpeedRunners also has a myriad of secret characters that can only be unlocked by typing a given code in the chat window during multiplayer character select.

Gang Beast
The character from Gang Beasts.
Type /gangbeast to unlock.

Hoxton
One of the characters from the game PAYDAY 2.
Type /hoxton to unlock.

Dallas
One of the characters from the game PAYDAY 2.
Type /dallas to unlock.

Wolf
One of the characters from the game PAYDAY 2.
Type /wolf to unlock.

Cloaker
An enemy from the game PAYDAY 2.
Type /cloaker to unlock.

Octodad
The character from Octodad: Dadliest Catch.
Type /octodad to unlock.
Removed Characters
The following is a list of characters that have been disabled. You cannot use these characters anymore.

Goat
One of the goats from Goat Simulator.
Type /BAAAAHHH!!! to unlock.

Potato
A potato.
Type /sallad to unlock.

QWOP
The character from QWOP.
Type /QWOP to unlock.
MissingNo.
The Missingno Pokemon, which stands for Missing Number, is a Pokemon that has data that only partially exists resulting in a glitched character sprite. This character can be accessed by replacing game files, but it will crash your game. Whether the reason why it crashes is because of it being not fully implemented or as a joke by the developers is uncertain.

Hi! When do you unblock the characters from Excel to Veloci-T-Rex (the last 7 characters)? Is it playing on 1P mode, completing the hardest level, or playing multiplayer? Thanks in advance
