Introduction

Hi ,
This guide is here to show you how to install mods on SWBFII.
It's very simple but I don't see a lot tutorial for that .
If you have problems to install mods, put your problem in the comments, I do not accept people anymore in my friends list

1- Going into the game's files.

So , In the first place we need to go in the SWBFII files .
The easiest way is to right click on your game in your library, go into properties then into local file and browse local files .

2 - Create the folder and put maps in it

Go in GameData folder that is located in you game's files.

In this folder you have to create a new folder named "addon"

And , it's done, it's that simple !
Now you just have to download a mod and put it in the addon folder (don't forget to get the 1.3 unofficial patch before installing anything)

3 - 1.3 unofficial patch

I HIGHLY RECOMMAND TO DOWNLOAD THE 1.3 UNOFFICIAL PATCH
When I say I highly recommand it I should even say that it's OBLIGATORY, otherwise a lot of maps will not work .
A lot of mods/maps doesn't work if you don't have it installed, it's very easy to install just follow the instructions it gives you while installing it.

Example

(for example)
I download a map, I open winrar and I put the folder "THT" (name of the map) in the addon folder :

The maps will always(atleast I think so) be in a folder with 3 letters, that's the folder you need to put in your addon folder !
The map will then be in the "instant action" menu of the game.

Now you can play with new maps/mod in instant action !

Reinstall the game and mods without installing the game that bricked your game?

I need help as My battlefront wont start up. I had the remastered mod, the Halo mod. and the Republic Commando mod when it was working. When I downloaded the conversion mod My game bricked. What do I do

It's installed through an installer you just have to follow the steps and it's going to install it itself.
I think you can find a new file in the addon folder if you really want to check but otherwise it's going to install it all by itself.
