Get Esmerelda's card by talking to her in the inn afterwards.

You have to talk too the weird mystery girl and say "I hate being old". As the old man the room right above the one you start in there is a cookie thats a dogs cookie.

After your done with the old man's story become Cat by saying "Being old is ok". and go to the lone dog in the dog garden near the inn once there interact with the dog " WARNING: this may break if you interact with the dog from certain angles so be careful" follow the path that opened up and talk to the man and say "She's in the inn". then you get the acheivment.
