Nope, I'm actually using a free piece of software called GIMP for my editing.

All of my posters are edited before upload, since color balance, manual bloom and small retouching in certain areas isn't easily possible inside of SFM.
But I rarely add any effects like lighting or particles in post process, those are all in SFM.
