For those who cant find arcade mode: after extracting files you have to start your changed version(high or low) via steam

I got this achievement by playing Arena mode and this mode is very easy and fast to get all perks, so better than playing story mode all over again. This mode is not present in the actual version of the game, but you can still play it by downloading an old version of the game. Version from 23 January 2017 contain the arena mode.

This is what you need to do

Get the new files move and overwrite all files on your game directory.
You need to go from wave 1 to 15 to unlock all perks and you buy them from the NPCs that will show up after you finish a wave. https://imgur.com/a/DOm7MiZ

Everyone is saying you can get the perks in arcade more, but... how do you unlock arcade mode?

Just a quick tipp: I didn't buy them at all, I just played Arcade Mode and by wave 18 you should have all of them. In Arcade Mode you can just walk to those guys and press E, then you have the perk activated. But I don't know if you still have the perks in story mode, at least you get the achievement
