This guide contains the many locations (if not all the locations) of the hidden pretzels for Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist (bear in mind that the achievement did not unlock for me either by the buggy achievements or by me missing one)

The pretzels will only spawn after the first playthrough (if they havent spawned, try playing the recordings, as some say this triggers them)

Do not expect the achievement to unlock after gathering all of the pretzels, there is currently an issue with the achievements which make them not register, however future updates may fix this issue

The achievements appear to be fixed now, so enjoy

Apparently the achievements are working for some and not for others, so the only advice I can give is to verify your files and see if it will fix it

The first two images will not contain the pretzels as I had already taken them before getting the screenshots

Left of the first vending/drink machine

Under the right side of the protest sign

Hanging off the door handle leadin into the next room

Next to the Strike sign in the second room

In the chair in the second room

On the clock leading up to the third

Directly left behind the curtain after entering the third room

Under the table

Behind the other curtain in the third room

Behind the broom in the third room

On the small stairs leading into the fourth room on the left

In the fourth room as soon as you walk up the small stairs (two pretzels shown in the photo)

On the shelf near the lazer switch

In the fifth room hanging from the tree nearest to the tiger cage (three are present in the photo)

Opposite of the tree from before near the green light

One jammed inbetween the left side of the tiger cage and the wall

One inbetween the boxes in the room with the vault door

One hanging above the lightning button in the sixth room

Near the umbrella in the sixth room

On the door leading to the elevator room

On the wall fan blade in the elevator room at the top of the stairs

One attatched to the vending/drink machine as it is being raised to let you pass (there is a chance you may miss this as it goes up and will have to restart)

with the bugged achievements, it seems to be an case of the achievements working, on the 1st playthrough per launch of the game. - playing through again without fully closing the game to desktop, then relaunching via steam, will for whatever reason render the achievements bugged. ( as was repeatedly tested with the soda one, achievement would not trigger until total relaunch of the game.

Anyone trying this today- a couple things I did.
Disable steam overlay in properties
Follow the guide closely- there are 36. Maybe you should count on your own to ensure you get them all.
If you aren't seeing any pretzels, it is because you haven't unlocked the other achievements yet. I believe all 4 other achievements are prerequisite to *most* pretzels spawning.
Some people say alt-tabbing may prevent achievement progress, so I avoided alt tabbing. I still slipped and alt tabbed, but I got the achievement just fine. I think with this your mileage may vary.

More than once I ate the starter pretzel (the one between the curtain and the pipe in the third room), but the other pretzels didn't start spawning until after I achieved "Just Starting Out", "Orange Thief", and "Messy Operation". Maybe one of them is a prerequisite?
Or maybe the developer is just messing with us...
