Hello.

This guide will help you find and locate the Chronoscepter Pieces scattered around the Lost Land. The guide will accompany you with several text and images which will walk you through all of the levels and hopefully help you in finding the pieces. Making the final battle against the Campaigner a lot easier and letting you unlock the Chronoscepter Achievement.

All of the images found in this guide were taken at 1920x1080 resolution. So please click on the images if you want to see them at full-size.

In the first level, The Hub. To find the first piece of the Chronoscepter, you must traditionally make your way through the level until you enter the maze area as shown in the image below.


Once you're inside the maze area, proceed like normal until you discover a tree. This is a landmark that will help identify which correct path the Chronoscepter Piece is hidden in as seen in the image below.





As you begin to explore the maze, you go walk through a check-point. Stay in the same area and keep on walking past the pillars until you finally encounter the tree. Enter the outer part of the maze and you will encounter two soliders protecting the Chronoscepter Piece.




Upon entering the area, walk up to the Chronoscepter Piece and take it.

In the second level, The Jungle. You will find the second Chronoscepter Piece halfway through the level. You will know when you're close to the Chronoscepter Piece when you're at this point as seen in the image below.


Pass through the pathway and dispatch the enemies. At the end of the pathway you'll see several pillars on top of a short hill as seen in the image below. This is where the second Chronoscepter Piece is hidden.





The second Chronoscepter Piece is hidden on top of the small hill. To get to it, you have to find a higher plane and jump off of it. Head to the left where you'll encounter two raptors. Along with the raptors, you'll find a vine which can be climbed on as seen in the image below.





Approach the vines and climb to the very top and proceed down the path. You will encounter a small base where several poachers and a raptor are waiting for you as seen in the image below.






Upon entering the base, head through it and walk over to the other side. At the other side, you'll find that you're at the edge of a tall cliff. Looking down, you will see a platform below you as seen in the image below.





Jump off from the cliff top and land on the area below. Once you've landed, walk to the opposite site and look for the cliff with several pillars surrounding it. As seen in the image below.






Once you've managed to make your way down. You are free to pick up the second Chronoscepter Piece.

In the third level, The Ancient City. You will find the Chronoscepter at the very end of the level, it can be found just before entering the portal that leads to the boss fight with the Longhunter.


When it comes to jumping on the pillars towards the portal, jump over to the pillars on the left side. Continue jumping on them until you reach the left side of the portal as seen in the image below.






When you've went over to the left side of the temple. Head down the single column of pillars until you reach the very end. Keep an eye on the cliff side and you will eventually notice some climbable vines as seen in the image below.





When you're in jumping distance, climb up to the top and you will encounter a Purin and the third piece of the Chronoscepter as seen in the image below.







Dispatch the Purin and you will be able to pick up the third piece of the Chronoscepter.

In the fourth level, The Ruins. The fourth piece of the Chronoscepter can be found in the middle of the level. You must travel to the circle of teleporters as seen in the image below.


After defeating the Priest guarding the portals, enter the second portal on the left and it will take you to the second portion of the ruins as seen in the image below.






Once you've been teleported inside the ruins, you must fight your way through until you reach a room with several platforms and switches as seen in the image below.






Upon entering this room, there is one final part of the ruins, a small room with a portal inside that leads to the Chronoscepter chamber as seen in the image below.






Step through the teleporter and you will be taken to the final room. To get up to the Chronoscepter piece, you must climb a stairway that will lead to the top of the structure in the middle of the room, as seen in the image below.





Head up the stairs and reach the top. At the top of the structure, you will see several Leapers and the fourth Chronoscepter piece.







Jump over to the platform and stand in the middle. Upon standing in the middle, the platform will rise upwards, allowing you to grab the fourth Chronoscepter piece. It will also animate the Leapers, which will immediately attack the player.

In the fitfth level, The Catacombs. The fitfth piece of the Chronoscepter is hidden in the middle of the level. It can be found minutes within entering the level.


In the main room with the two Tribesmen and the Priest, there is a small door which can be activated by a switch. By stepping on the switch, you will open a door and it will lead to a corridor as seen in the image below.





By walking down the corridor, you will encounter several enemies and a small hole in the wall. Walk up to the hole in the wall and you will begin to crouch. Now that you've entered the small hole, you must navigate through the tunnels and reach the end as seen in the image below.




When you finally reach the end of the tunnel, you will encounter a Priest who is defending the area. Upon defeating him, you will be able to pick up the Chronoscepter piece which can be found on the opposite side of the room as seen in the image below.




Once the Priest has been defeated, you're more than able to pick up the fitfh Chronoscepter piece.

In the sixth level, The Treetop Village. The sixth Chronoscepter Piece is hidden at the very end of the level.


When you leave the village and cross the bridge, you will find the portal that leads back to the hub as seen in the image below.







Instead of walking through the portal to end the level, go behind the portal itself and look below to see two platforms. One platform will have ammunition for the Grenade Launcher and the other will have the sixth Chronoscepter piece as seen in the image below.




When you see the two platforms, jump down and head over to the second platform.








Once you've jumped over to the second platform, go ahead and grab the sixth Chronoscepter piece.

On the seventh level, The Lost Land. The seventh Chronoscepter Piece can be found half-way through the level.


When you reach this platforming section, stay on the left side of the wall until you find a small area with a pool of lava as seen in the images below.







Pass through the small crevice and you will encounter a pool of lava as seen in the image below.







Unlike the rest of the lava, you're able to jump through it, the lava won't hurt you and you're able to swim in it much like water. Swim to the bottom of the pool until you find a hole in the wall as seen in the image below.





Swim through the hole in the wall and then proceed to swim upwards to the surface, as seen in the image below.







Once you reach the surface, jump onto the land and go through the passage way. Once you step through the passage, you wll encounter the seventh Chronoscepter Piece as seen in the image below.





Walk over to the seventh Chronoscepter Piece to pick it up.

In the eighth level, The Final Confronatation. The final Chronoscepter Piece can be found at the very end of the level.


After defeating Thunder, the T-Rex, you will be teleported to a room with a save station and the final piece of the Chronoscepter as seen in the image below.






In front of the save station is the final Chronoscepter Piece along with some health. Walk over to the final piece and pick it up.







Congratulations. You've assembled the Chronoscepter.
