2. With Explorer or other file manager, open the fodler :
При помощи "Проводника" или другого файлового менеджера откройте папку:

[your steam folder - like C:\Program Files\]Steam\SteamApps\common\Pathologic Classic HD\data\Video

- and rename the following files (for example, by adding '1' after their name). You can also delete them, but it would be better not to do it, just in case - in order to be able to watch them again, especially the big intro.

- и переименуйте следующие файлы (например, добавив "1" к их имени). Удалить их также можно, но не рекомендуется (особенно в случае с отличным вступительным роликом к игре):

logo_devolver.wmv
logo_gambitious.wmv
logo_generalarcade.wmv
logo_icepick.wmv

3. Extract files from the archive nointro.zip into that 'Video' folder.
Распакуйте файлы из архива nointro.zip в эту папку "Video".

4. Launch the game! There would be black screen shown for several seconds instead of the logos and the intro - and you will see one more intro (with the text) you can skip by pressing ESC.

Запускайте игру! Вместо бывших роликов с логотипами и большого вступительного ролика вы увидите на несколько секунд чёрный экран - и ещё одно вступление (с бегущим по экрану текстом), которое можно пропустить нажатием ESC.

2. Delete the following (empty) files:
Удалите следующие (пустые) файлы:

intro.wmv
logo_devolver.wmv
logo_gambitious.wmv
logo_generalarcade.wmv
logo_icepick.wmv

3. Rename the original files back - or if you had them deleted, just reinstall the game or choose 'Check cache integrity' in its 'Properties' in your Steam library.
Remember: the game would not launch with those video files missing, so keep either the originals or their modifications.

Восстановите ранее переименованные исходные файлы роликов, а если вы их удаляли - переустановите игру (нажав на неё в "Библиотеке" правой кнопкой мыши - "Свойства" - "Локальные файлы" - "Проверить целостность кэша...").
Внимание: игра не будет запускаться без этих файлов, так что удостоверьтесь, что или оригиналы, или модифицированные видеоролики в данной папке присутствуют.
