If you stuck at this achievement here`s a little trick.
Symply kill nothing and get as fast as you can to the end of the maze.
Tried it two times with different sparkles (blue & red) and both times i get all allies to the nest.
Many parasites will follow but they should not kill the friendly sparkles until you arrive at the nest and get the achievement.

Für alle die Probleme mit dem Sheppard Achievement haben, hab ich hier einen kleinen Tip der ganz gut funktioniert.
Am Anfang hab ich wie in anderen Guides empfohlen versucht jeden Parasiten zu töten. Habe dann meistens aber nur 75% der Strecke geschafft bis ein Sparkle getötet wurde.
Habe dann mein komplett rotes Sparkle genommen und bin einfach so schnell wie möglich zum Ende geschwommen ohne etwas zu töten.
Und siehe da: Alle 3 Sparkles kommen heil an, Achievement poppt auf und die Sparkles werden von einer Meute hungriger Parasiten zerfleischt ^^
Habs mit meinem komplett blauen Sparkle probiert und bin auch einfach durchgeschwommen und bin ebenfalls mit 3 Verbündeten angekommen. Sollte also mit jeden klappen.
