Don't waste your time collecting all apples or shells one by one, use the power of windows registry to do it for you, it's simple.

Hit Windows key and R at the same time (or start then run) and type in regedit.

Then hit CTRL + F and type in "Paradise-Island" (without quotes) and tick ONLY "Data" and "Match whole string only". Then hit find next.

Now, on the right hand of the screen right click on "applesalvate_h(random numbers here)" and select modify. Select "Hexadecimal" and in the "Value Data: " field type in 45.

Do the same for the "shellsalvate_h(random numbers here)".

Now go in game and pick up one apple and one shell (two just to be sure). Exit and you have all the achevments.

Or simply invest 30 minutes to complete every achievement.

Thanks, even now it is still working.
The only things I did differently (but it should not matter): I searched the registry for "applesalvate" (without quotes) and I put in 69 for apples and also for shells.
After that I started the game and picked up at least one each (I also picked up 2 each just to be sure).

Thanks for the guide! I have got all the achievements!
Actually you can just type in 46 in both "applesalvate_h" and "shellsalvate_h", then simply open and close the game to unlock all the acheivements.
