I got a little bit FPS boost after doing this.

1) Open HITMAN, and then minimize it.
2) Open "TASK MANAGER"
3) Go to "DETAILS"
4) Find "hitman.exe" with a 47 logo.
5) Right click, Set priority to "HIGH" and close it.
