Don't make quick killings. Make ONLY EXECUTIONS. Only a execution gives you the bonus from the chosen god and you receive heal and focus (every god). From a quick killing you have nothing but a dead body (just a few heal to reset the dead counter of 10 seconds).

Use your gods power!!!

Wihat god? Take Jupiter (bonus focus gain ONLY from executions not from a quick kill) and Apollo (bonus heal) as combo for beginner. Because both stun the enemies.
Your priority must be the most dangerous enemies. Here the order: Dual Clubs -> Dual Swords -> Heavy Club -> Advanced Shield -> Shield -> Animal Mask -> Advanced Minion -> Minion.

Take map Dockyard because it's the only map that has no catapults or arrow throwers.

The fastest way to kill the first enemy is 3 times shield attack. The Shield is faster and stun for a few seconds with each hit. The sword requires 4 hits until you can make an execution.

Every hit at an enemy counts in a combo counter on left top side. Try to make as high combo as you can to make the most xp and money. As said before use shield to stun them and execute them faster then sword will do. When the big spawn comes of advancet enemies or you surrounded with enemies its time to use your focus power. Use focus power the whole time when possible so its the best way to get as beginner a higher combo. Always watch out for enemies that was out of range of the freezing effect or the smaller spawn wave most time 2 - 4 enemies.

When enemies frozen also make only executions so you get your gods bonus + heal + focus.

When you execute them in the quick time event it shows the color you have to press. By pressing the right color at right speed it will count in combo counter like following: Recruit +0, Soldier +1, Centurion +2 and Legendary +3. When they stunned it helps to count to not kill them accidentally. Normal enemies take 4 hits and advanced + big guys 6 hits.

If you run out of enemies use taunt to save your combo counter. After having used taunt you can run around or wait for the next spawn but the effect lasts only for 20 seconds then you have to taunt again.
You also loose your combo counter if you make more then two rolls too.

Use XP GAIN armor for even more xp. XP = MONEY. Crowd bonus is for more money but xp gain still more important.

Use Revival elexiers in both slots the cheap ones are enove.

Stay together that the range of focus power reach each other. But dont stay too close together that every execution is a coop execution (skull with crossed swords).

If you follow all rules you can surwive for some hours and make combos over 1000 and more then 100 rank ups.
My combno rekord about 2800 and more then 200 rank ups you need a well trained partner for this but all is possible with training and no cheating.

Ryse has no chat system to find players that play the same type of arenas you like to play. So the best way to form up is by use the community thread:

Or you can find players by search the name in the community but only few have a extraordinary name so you cant find the most players.
