Neptune Activated
Started a New Game.

This achievement is unmissable as you'll get this upon starting the game.
Zero Dimension Master
Zero Dimension Master
Cleared [Zero Dimension Neptunia Z: Twilight of the Desperate CPU].

You'll get this achievement after defeating Dark Purple the second time.
Hyper Dimension Master
Hyper Dimension Master
Cleared [Hyper Dimension Neptunia G: The Golden Leaders, Reconstructors of Gamindustri].

Getting this achievement is similar to Zero Dimension Master, except you'll get the achievement after defeating Affimojas.
Ascension Ending
Ascension Ending
Achieved Ascension Ending in [Heart Dimension Neptunia H: Into Legend].

You'll get this achievement after finishing the game. However, this achievement is missable.

Conditions:
 • Must see Neptune's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Noire's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Blanc's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Vert's Desires in Heart Dimension.

Note: The Desire events are the ones with an exclamation mark but in green. They will appear before advancing to the next dungeon required to progress the story.
Revival Ending
Revival Ending
Achieved Revival Ending in [Heart Dimension Neptunia H: Into Legend].

To get this achievement, you need to fulfil certain requirements before progressing to Heart Dimension arc.

In Zero Dimension arc
Conditions:
 • See events of Histoire's memories of Uzume. (Histoire's Reminiscence)

Neptune must first return to Hyper Dimension and obtain Soulful Patch to revive Histoire. You'll know you did it right if a Histoire sub-event with her saying "Ooogh... My head is hot...... (> <。)" as the first line appears.

Please note that Histoire's memories of Uzume event is a sub-event and it is missable.

A tip from psnprofiles.com:
"See every Zero Dimension conversation. You eventually won't miss the cutscene required for the ending."

In Hyper Dimension arc
You are required to meet at least 40% shares for each nation except Planeptune while playing their respective arcs. For Neptune's arc, the steps are listed below. As for the other 3 Goddesses, just rack up 40% shares from quests and see an event where the Goddess gets sleepy during their respective arcs.

Tip:
Raise Public Relations to at least level 4. This, however, requires credits. Earn credits from quests or grind.

Planeptune:
These events are time-limited and are missable even without finishing Neptune's arc.
 1. Once you have unlocked Sakura Tree Row, accept and complete a quest which you have to kill 8 Dogoos before beating the boss in the same dungeon. Once done, see Histoire's memory event (Like an Old Acquaintance?).
 2. After defeating the boss in Sakura Tree Row, accept and complete a quest which you have to kill 10 Delinquent Cats. Once done, see Chuko's first event (Search For a Childhood Game).
 3. After seeing Chuko's first event, accept and complete a quest which you have to kill 10 Red Dogoos. Once done, see Chuko's second event (Youthful Extremes).
 4. Raise shares to ~60% and see Histoire's dream event (Matching Memory)*.

*For Matching Memory to appear, the boss in Sakura Tree Row must be defeated. Basically, do step 1 and 2 then step 4.

Events
 • Like an Old Acquaintance? - Histoire starts off by saying, "Now that I recall, the CPU who was with you two in the other dimension, Uzume..."
 • Search For a Childhood Game - Regular Customer starts off by saying, "Today I'll be buying these three games."
 • Youthful Extremes - Chuko starts off by saying, "No customers are coming today, and I'm very bored."
 • Matching Memory - After Planeptune Basilicom Staff's line, Histoire will reply with "Zzz..."

In Heart Dimension arc
For Heart Dimension, the conditions are the same as achieving Ascension Ending. But of course, you'll get a different ending at the end of the game.

Conditions:
 • Must see Neptune's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Noire's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Blanc's Desires in Heart Dimension.
 • Must see Vert's Desires in Heart Dimension.

You'll know you did it right if Neptune tries to convince the party to save Uzume after defeating Dark Orange.

Used Route Building for the first time.

You'll get this achievement once Neptune returns to Hyper Dimension. After a few events, Neptune is required to build a route from Planeptune City to First-Gen CPU's Sanctuary. Build the route and the achievement is yours.
Investor
Investor
Invested for the first time.

Raise one level of either Commerce, Industry, or Public Relations. I'd recommend to invest in Public Relations during Neptune's arc in Hyper Dimension.
Owner
Owner
Invested in either Commerce, Industry, or Public Relations to max level.

If you wish to get this achievement, focus only on the aspect which you have leveled, otherwise you are wasting credits.
Mayor
Mayor
Invested in Commerce, Industry, and Public Relations to max level for all cities.

Max Commerce, Industry and Public Relations for all 6 towns.
1 town in both Zero Dimension and Heart Dimension
4 towns in Hyper Dimension.

Getting this achievement requires a lot of credits. You can focus on getting this achievement after earning 250,000,000 credits from selling Delphinus Processor Parts. To get the processor part, max out Public Relations at Uzume's Hideout in Zero Dimension.
Trader
Trader
Connected two cities and traded between them.

After completing all 4 CPU arcs in Hyper Dimension, you'll see Leanbox stranded on an island alone with no routes available to get there. This is where you'll get the achievement. From Planeptune City, build a route to the node that's at the edge of Leanbox.
Lovey-Dovey
Lovey-Dovey
Maxed a Lily Rank.

Getting this achievement is rather simple. All you have to do is to max out the Lily Rank between two characters. I'd say stick to Neptune and Nepgear if you have not made either one standby. Grinding Lily Rank is somewhat different than the previous titles.

To level up a Lily Rank, a member and another member needs to be in the front line, fighting alongside one another. You may also buff, cure ailments, heal, use formation skill, use coupling skill or use an item on one of the front members in the party. Using an item or buffing the character which is currently active won't help to increase the Lily Rank.

It may sound inconvenient but achieving a maxed Lily Rank in one battle is rather easy. To do this, get Neptune and Nepgear fight a boss which you have defeated easily. That said, the boss must not be of higher level than you. As Nepgear is able to heal, you may use it on Neptune if she's ever fallen near death. Never attack the boss but having it near death is fine.

In that same battle, use an item or buff the character that's currently not active. Meaning, if it's Neptune's turn, buff Nepgear instead of buffing Neptune. Do this for every turn and you will eventually achieve maxed Lily Rank.
Harem
Harem
Maxed all Lily Ranks for a single person.

This is obviously not easy as compared to Lovey-Dovey as getting this achievement requires you to max all Lily Ranks for a single character.

Note: DLC characters are not included

I'd recommend using a disc with Lily Power L5 to help increase the affection gained, hence getting this achievement won't be time consuming. As for the name and procuring the chip, Novel (yellow chip) chip can be obtained from a hidden treasure in Westwind Ravine - East; the dungeon where Noire started in her arc. (I think?) Basically, it's in Lastation.

You may use the Lovey-Dovey method on getting maxed Lily Rank to get this achievement. Although there might be other efficient methods, but this is the method I used to get the achievement.

You may also use the colosseum to help increase your Lily Rank. Simply fight any boss with high physical defense (if character uses physical attacks) like Luxury Dogoo (Loads o' Dogoos) and use coupling skills. Although formation skill is rather preferable as it helps to increase the Lily Rank of the current active character with all other 3 members. This method, however, is more efficient if you have EXE Driver Flag Item.

Here's another method:
"If you have a Lily Rank increasing disc and constantly switch out characters that don't have maxed out Lily Rank, you'll easily get this trophy during the grind for Treasure Hunter.

However, if you don't like switching out characters while doing Treasure Hunter, you can go into fights and continuously spam support skills until you reach a level 10 Lily Rank with that character."

If you plan on getting this achievement, wait until you have sold all Delphinus Processor parts for 250 million credits to buy the L1 - L3 chips needed. It's also best to wait until you get an Infinidisc from the final boss in the Revival Ending route. The Infinidisc has 3 Level 5 slots. Possibly the only UR disc in the game.

Anyway, since I had to use a guide for this achievement, I will extract the data from the website I used to get this achievement into a table for your convenience. The website below has detailed information on getting L4 and L5 chips of different colors.

You can now format any discs with no consequences. The chips will return to your inventory.

Got Rare Item!
Got Rare Item!
Acquired a rare item for the first time.

You'll get this achievement after obtaining Nep Bull development plan from Uniceldos boss in Coral Station. You don't have to grind for rare items early into the game to get the achievement.
Got Super Rare Item!
Got Super Rare Item!
Acquired a super rare item for the first time.

You'll get this achievement after developing Power Bracelet in Item Development accessible in Uzume's Hideout. To be able to develop Power Bracelet, you first need Mystic Ruby from Dark Purple in Jingu Sakura Park, which is your first Dark CPU battle. Steel Bracelet is purchasable from Shop.
Figure Collector
Figure Collector
Collected all figurines from Chocolate Eggs.

Getting the figurines is fairly easy in the game as compared to collecting cards for Card Master. You can obtain the figurines by opening Gamindustri Chocolates in your inventory. There's a separate button to open them so you don't have to use them in battles. Save your game before opening Gamindustri Chocolates. Load your recently saved game should you get no unique figurines after opening all Gamindustri Chocolates.

Obtaining the Gamindustri Chocolates
You can obtain Gamindustri Chocolates easily from breaking monster parts. As PSNProfiles stated, it's more preferable in Hex Grasslands, Lowee. Be sure to have Drop Rate Up Scouts deployed to increase the drop chances!*

*Confirmation needed

Information obtained from psnprofiles.com:

The easiest way to get Gamindustri Chocolates is by doing Quiz! Millionep at Planeptune and Lowee, each of them will give 16 Gamindustri Chocolates for a total of 32.

Figurines:

Backman
Pang
Car Race
Monument
Monster Chaser

Cook Now Papa

Danky Ape
Semaruaru and Ammi
Z Chief
Soldier
Pocketed Monstrosities
Ricky the Rat
Mono-Noke Clock

Card Master
Card Master
Collected all cards from CPU Chips.

If you're planning to get this achievement, do it after you have completed the True Ending route. Grinding for the cards needed for this achievement is a real pain. It is capable of taking you 2 hours or more to get the achievement. What makes this achievement a pain? There are altogether 33 cards with 3 different rarity. 17 Normal cards, 12 Rare cards and 4 Super Rare cards. If you're familiar with Japanese games with cards as collectibles, the names of the rarity should tell you enough. Thank God there are no Ultra Rare cards in this game.

To obtain the cards, you need to open CPU Chips which are obtainable from breaking monster parts, similar to getting figurines.

Save your game before opening CPU Chips. Load your recently saved game should you get no unique cards after opening all CPU chips.

Obtaining CPU Chips

Head over to the monsters-with-breakable-parts infested dungeon, Halo Forest in Leanbox. Deploy Drop Rate Up Scouts to this area to increase the chances of CPU Chips dropping. You may use Steal ability to obtain a CPU Chip from the monsters. Note that this does not affect CPU Chips dropping from breaking monster parts. Meaning, Stealing the CPU Chips before breaking the monster parts can potentially give you 2 CPU Chips from one monster.

This method will work best if you have White Orb Flag Item. It's better to attack than be attacked to prevent time consumption. Alternatively, it is possible to skip all animations with the Skip button used for events. L2 button is the default for PS4 console. Not sure for PC.

Information from psnprofiles.com:
In addition, the game also gives out CPU Chips from Quiz! Millionep. You can get 32 (really 30) from Ruins of the Heart, 16 from Planeptune, and 16 from Leanbox.

Important Note: You need to be on the REVIVAL ENDING route to be able to get this achievement. Hidden treasure progress does not carry over between playthroughs.

Also note: You do not have to obtain the Hidden Treasure to unlock this achievement. Although, it's good to get them as most of these Hidden Treasures are rare finds.

Getting the Treasures

To get a hidden treasure from a dungeon, you must deploy a scout to the dungeon with hidden treasures (hovering over a dungeon will tell you if there's a hidden treasure or not). The more scouts you deploy, the higher the chance of revealing the requirement to obtain a hidden treasure. Please do note that as long as you have not met the requirement for that dungeon, the deployed scouts cannot find/reveal any more requirements. See Legend section for more information.

After fulfilling a requirement, the text "Hidden Treasure Has Appeared" will appear at the bottom of the screen. Open up your minimap and look for icon.

If you fail the requirements....

...not to worry, it can be attempted again by re-entering the dungeon.

Unlocking more dungeons

To unlock more dungeons, you are required to deploy any amount of scouts to a dungeon in a dimension. For better results, deploy 1/3 of the total scouts you have to dungeons in each dimensions. This way, you will unlock dungeons efficiently. If you believe deploying all your scouts to one dimension may be faster, whatever floats your boat I guess.

Senmuu Labyrinth
If you have unlocked Senmuu Labyrinth, you require a map from the Internet to guide you as there is no minimap for the aforementioned dungeon. Not to mention the dungeon itself has nothing environment-fancy but black boxy tiles and of course, as the name suggests, it's a maze.

Neplunker
As you have noticed, Neplunker requires Giant Ghost found by Scouts. For Neplunker (not Zero), if Giant Ghost was found in the second area or further, wait until your scout has found Giant Ghost in the first area. This applies to Neplunker Zero. You might want to look up a video of Neplunker Zero spelunking and learn the traps and platform heights before you go spelunking as Neplunker Zero's Hidden Treasure is in the last area.

Types of requirements

Consecutive Symbol Attacks
If you have not reached S-rank quest, fulfilling this requirement may be difficult. You cannot miss a Symbol Attack on a single enemy and you cannot be attacked by an enemy or the counter will reset. That said, do not spam your attacks. A way to fulfill the requirement is to sneak up behind enemies with no more than 180 degrees Line-of-Sight. After a successful Symbol Attack, escape the battle and repeat.

If you have reached S-rank quest, it's waaay easy to fulfill the requirement. Although getting the required item may be difficult. First of all, accept the quest Memories of that Day from the Guild and head to Senmuu Labyrinth. If you require a map of Senmuu Labyrinth, have this[i.imgur.com]. The boss for the quest is at the end of the labyrinth. Save before entering the dungeon.

Eliminate Enemies
This is easy. Just kill the amount of whatever enemy is required. You require Jumping Star Flag Item for this as there's an enemy or two that's unreachable by normal jump height.

Find all treasures
For this requirement, you also require Jumping Star flag item due to treasures unreachable by normal jump height. If I remember correctly, you also need Hyper Bracelet due to objects unbreakable by Mystic Ruby blocking routes to enemies and treasures.

Scavenger Novice
Scavenger Novice
Acquired 50 items from dungeon objects.

To get this achievement, you must first develop Power Bracelet to destroy objects. There's a low chance of getting an item from breaking objects in dungeons.
Scavenger Master
Scavenger Master
Acquired 100 items from dungeon objects.

Similar to Scavenger Novice, but with 50 additional items obtained from breaking objects in dungeons. To improve your chances of getting items from objects per dungeon, you might want to consider developing Hyper Bracelet so you're able to break all objects in a dungeon.
Item Meister
Item Meister
Developed 100 different item types.

I would suggest to develop pigments, outfits and attachments as they are less expensive as compared to others. If needed, you can hunt the materials needed with Older Neptune's Steal ability.

It's best to grind Item Meister on your second playthrough. If you have been developing numerous weapons, processors, outfit or accesories, you might get the achievement on your second playthrough. I got this achievement by developing better weapons and processors for the characters. Weapons and processors require another developed weapon or processor as pre-requisites. As for unlocking more weapon plans, defeat bosses which you have not defeated before. This includes bosses found by Scouts.

As I got this achievement without even trying, I have limited knowledge and tips on getting this achievement. If you wish to contribute, please do so in the comments.
Millionaire
Millionaire
Earned a total of one million credits.

It's best to sell away your Delphinus Processor parts as they are worth 50 million credits each. See Mayor achievement guide for more info.

Another option is to try to get the Quiz King achievement and get both achievements together. This, however, requires a lot of credits. See Quiz King for more info.
Battle Veteran
Battle Veteran
Fought in 300 battles.

There's no need to grind hard for this. You'll get this naturally before finishing the whole game. Unless you are the type of gamer who rushes through everything, even with low level characters and equipment.
Battle Master
Battle Master
Fought in 1000 battles.

It's best to grind for this on your second playthrough as you'll get Dark Orb flag item which not only prevents random encounter on the world map, it will also allow you to freely initiate battles on the world map.

If you managed to progress near the end of the game on your second playthrough and have not gotten this achievement, you might want to go to any node (not town or dungeon) in any dimension and press the Select button (not the PS controller "Select" button). This will initiate a battle with a group of monsters. Hold the Skip button for faster actions. Once the battle is over, repeat the process.
Hit Combo
Hit Combo
Achieved 100 Hits.

One of the easiest way to get this achievement is to use Vert's NEXT form's EXE Attack "Infinite Spear". It has a hit count of 120 on a single enemy. The other easiest way is to use Uni's Rush Combos on a group of enemies with an equipment which allows at least 3 Rush slots.

If you leveled Uzume enough to unlock her SP attack "The Umio Heaven", you may use it on a group of enemies as it has a hit count of 17. When coupled with attacks from other party members, it should be enough to get the achievement.

Head to Colosseum and select "Large Dogoos Assemble" battle. Use the skills or Rush Combos with high hit counts on the Dogoos once ALL of them are in the range.
Maximum Firepower
Maximum Firepower
Achieved maximum damage of 100,000.

Getting this achievement is more efficient with EXE Driver flag item and all characters are higher than level 98. Head to the colosseum and select a C-rank battle "Large Dogoos Assemble". Have your best characters with AoE, choose the best weapons and offense supporters. Use high-damage AoE attacks on the Dogoos once ALL of them are in the range of your AoE attack. For a few characters, Standard or Power combos deal heavier damage than SP attacks. If that's the case, use them but not on a single enemy.

Ultimate Evolution
Ultimate Evolution
Changed into Next Form for the first time.

You will unlock NEXT Form for the 4 CPUs at the end of Hyper Dimension arc. Take note that you will not get this trophy if you spawn into battle with NEXT Forms. You have to transform from HDD to NEXT Form to be able to get this achievement.
Pinch Coordination
Pinch Coordination
Used a two person Formation Skill for the first time.

To use Formation Skills, select Command -> Skills. This is where SP skills are. To switch to Formation Skills window, simply use your button to move to the right (Like Right D-Pad) 2 times and you will be on the Formation Skills window.

Be wary that Formation Skills requires you to move your respective members in any form of shape that meets the Formation radius shown on the right of the window of each Formation skill. An enemy must be inside the ring of your formation.

Formation and Coupling Skills consumes your EXE Drive instead of your SP. You can get this achievement early into the game in Zero Dimension.

Formation Skills that require 2 members will show a yellow line connecting the two members.
Formation Skills that require 3 members will show a green/lime line connecting the three members.
Formation Skills that require 4 members will show a red line connecting the four members.

Note: The information given above, excluding EXE Drive consumption, does not apply to Coupling Skills. Coupling Skills require one of your party member to be the support character for the respective member (Back party members).
Surround Coordination
Surround Coordination
Used a three or four person Formation Skill for the first time.

See Pinch Coordination as they are literally the same but involves more members to execute a skill.
Coordination Expert
Coordination Expert
Used Formation Skills 100 times.

Select any 3 characters applicable for one 3-man Formation Skill. 3-man Formation Skill is best as it consumes 3 bar from your EXE Drive gauge and it has a larger radius than a 2-man Formation Skill. If you have unlocked Colosseum and C-rank "Good-For-Nothings" Colosseum battle, select that battle and perform Formation Skills on them. Otherwise, initiate a battle with any bosses in the Colosseum.
Parts Remover
Parts Remover
Caused a Parts Break 100 times.

If you are hunting for Card Master achievement, you'll get this eventually.
To break parts of an enemy, you have to attack the side where the breakable part is, otherwise you are just damaging the enemy.
Max Level Attained
Max Level Attained
Got one person to Level 99.

Honestly, this is really easy to grind. Do not aim for level 99 until you have reached Heart Dimension. If you are grinding levels for easier progress, that's fine.

Once you have reached Heart Dimension, what you want to do is to deploy as many scouts as possible to any dungeon in Heart Dimension to unlock Senmuu Labyrinth. Once unlocked, deploy all scouts to Senmuu Labyrinth with the following effects:

 • EXP Up
 • Share Usage Down (Does not require all)
 • Critical Rate Up
 • Recovery Up
 • Enemy Change (Deploy only ONE scout of this effect)

Before entering the dungeon, it's dangerous to go alone, take Map![i.imgur.com]

Important Note: Do not ever initiate a battle with the monsters in this dungeon except Big Metal Dogoo. The monsters are possibly of high level (probably near 99) and can potentially down your party in one turn. Should you be attacked by them, don't worry as your Shares will not drop if you deployed Scouts with Share Usage Down and sums up to 100% or more. Recovery Up helps to increase the effectiveness of any healing sources.

Once you are in the dungeon, head to area 4 of Senmuu Labyrinth and find Big Metal Dogoo. If no Big Metal Dogoo spawned, you probably did not deploy a Scout with Enemy Change or deployed two of them at once. (Big Metal Dogoo spawns at S20 coordinate of area 4)

Big Metal Dogoo isn't your ordinary foe. It has high agility and will try to escape when threatened. Symbol Attack it and damage it with any high hit count skills or combos. You have 4 tries or more to take down Big Metal Dogoo before it escapes. Should it escape, if you have a Forbidden Twig in your item inventory, you may use it to respawn Big Metal Dogoo.
Quiz King
Quiz King

I'd like to thank psnprofiles.com for helping me remember the achievements procedures and everything else as I have not touched the game for 5 months after getting a 100%.

Special thanks to Idea Factory for their wonderful job in making the game. Images in this guide are Idea Factory's and were not made by me (except the Grind, Unmissable and Story).

If you have any complaints, suggestions, or any additional materials to be added on the guide, please do so in the comments. This is actually my first guide on Steam.

Card Master has to be one of the worst achievements I have ever seen in a Neptunia game. it alone took me 30 hours to get due to RNG

"Maxed a Lily Rank" may not include DLC characters as well (for me: Nepgear<-->Nepgya) .

I may try Nepgear<-->Uzume , on NG+.

Sucky/Godly Game Creator? IIRC the discs gotta be Sucky or Godly Game certified.

Hey for the disc achievments, as long as its ten different ones its good right? I think I did ten different ones but did not get the achievment. do you have to back out then reenter the disc shop?

Sorry late reply. No DLCs needed for the achievements. Well, I did not use any DLCs at least. Actually I did use one DLC. Japanese audio DLC is definitely needed to get all the achievements.

@PlaNeptunes, thanks I'll verify this changing it. (no I don't have Megadimension installed)

In the "Godly Games disc" the yellow one from "Amazing Maryo Go-Karts" says casual and should be racing I think. Also the "Pocketed Monstrocities" yellow says L1 RPG and is L5.

Nice Guide. :ss13ok::cybereye:
Just wondering, are any DLC needed for achievements?

Small note to the Card Achievement, once you have reached 99 of a certain card (I had Compa) the same Card can STILL drop out of the Chips, which makes this achievments one of the hardest in this game, since the droprate of SR Cards will not increase over time and GOD DAMN IT NOIRE DROP YOUR STUPID SR CARD... Err sorry I seem to have snapped there for a second... anyway just wanted to point it out for others that might consider this a possibility to increase the drop rate, its not possible and depends entirely on luck or mercy of the game. :IrisHeartRebirth3:
